From the innovative world of London’s underground electronica scene comes a captivating trio of auditory wizards; a group of psychedelic composers calling themselves the “Alterra Project”. As their very first release, Turing Test brings fresh and gooey vibes to our ears in the form of floor-stomping psydub and rhythmic glitch. This diverse series of creamy bass, head-bobbing melodies, and creative instrumentation come together to form a delightfully smooth EP. Filled to the brim with interesting sounds and intelligent design, the wonderful collaboration is nothing short from impressive. It’s hard to tell if it was made by man or machine. Perhaps it was made with both.
