“Process Interactive” by DEVICEFUL (aka DB) is based around a keen fascination with how much information comes into our minds and spirit; and how that process results in music. Memories, emotion, relationships, love, synths, voices, samples, percussion, and FX all sort of meld, pushed forward by the inspiration of other artist’s creations. So much being processed, and flowing back out as music/song creations that evolve into a bit of something to be heard, and hopefully enjoyed. While writing and producing these four tracks, Don Brown, the producer felt blessed to have so many amazing pallets of color to work from and so many incredible artists to be inspired by. One of his all-time favorites is Illusive Tuna. Their work has been and continues to be, very inspirational for him, and when they agreed to remix Creole Cave of Wonders for this EP, it put just the perfect point on it.

Aurea joins us for our 16th release after we featured his track "Dream Hard, Brother" earlier in the year. We are super happy to be able to work with Aurea and thankful we managed to make a release with these tracks.

A side - The Story - is a dreamy and mystical tribute to the origins of the atmospheric style and put simply, it’s a journey tune. Super interesting take with an array of different feelings and emotions embedded in it, one of our favourites from this year for sure.

B side - Falling to Earth - is a nice and spacey track with lots of twists and turns in the break work and atmospheres. It features vocal cuts from Amy Helen and has an almost ghostly feel to it as it rises and falls with waves of nostalgia and times gone by.

A few words from the artist: This debut release marks the culmination of Aureas first year of production and is a homage to the early atmospheric jungle sound over 2 tracks, but with a modern take on composition. A huge thanks to Amy Helen, for her vocals on Falling To Earth and the team at Dream Schemes for their work on the label and release.

Rather than rejecting that heritage, it reflects its glossy surfaces back through a prism of grit, weight and sub-low physicality—capturing the raw energy that has fuelled the label since day one.

Across the compilation, deep dubstep pressure, smouldering UKG mutations, and rattling breakbeats unfold with a cinematic sense of space. It’s music built for concrete floors, late-night fog, and sound systems pushed deep into the red.

French Ruff reads less like a retrospective than a statement of identity. Ten years in, Noizion Recordz stands confidently in its own reflection—gritty, immersive, and fiercely dedicated to the ruff edges of French bass music. Beatroots takes us journeying through a multi-genre full length feature, "Rekindle". Exploring trip-hop and bass music interwoven with dubstep and half time drum & bass. Rhythmic playfulness a plenty, mood swings and subtle sound design experiments that intermingle between the grooves and chord play. An emotive motion stimulus containing vibes to suit all listeners. 
The title track features vocals sang by, Alice Hazel, recorded at Beatroot's home studio in Mid-West Wales. The vocals are about rekindling relationships and motivating good, wholesome energy in to our daily actions amongst the people we share time with. 
Wishing you well journeying through the places this collection may take you. It's a change in direction in many ways, but holds steadfast to the Beatroots feeling and intention. Moods, steady grooves & perpetual movement. . .
