Minimum Gaudium is a newly formed Berlin-based band that explores the intersection between composition and free improvisation, blending experimental rock, electronic textures, and avant-garde influences. Their music wanders between atmospheric soundscapes and rhythmic intensity, balancing abstraction with groove-driven elements and a diversified approach. 
The trio consists of Luca Canciello (electronic devices), a multi-instrumentalist and sound designer working across electronic composition, theater, and multimedia installations; Marco Bianciardi (drums), a musician, director, and producer known as singer-songwriter of The Somnambulist and for his soundtrack work; and Tiziano Jian (electric bass), a guitarist and journalist who co-founded the Italian crossover band Stramonio and has been active in Berlin’s post-punk and psychedelic scene.
Their self-titled debut EP is set for release on April 25, 2025, via Slowing Records.
