First thing to say this is the first time I have been any where near the upper time limit. 

The sounds I used were my initial ones which came to mind when I read this weeks email (after changing my mind and not liking it, then on a suggestion changing my mind back to original idea), I used Audacity to edit the files and Ableton to sequence the track.
