Having grown up in South London with a defining new sound emerging which was to become known as tech house, Jon ‘misterjon’Hammond has stayed true to the deep, driving sounds of ‘houseno’, putting on parties in London, Wales and Bristol, as well as Scotland, Spain, Portugal, Italy and here in the southern hemisphere. In Bristol Jon founded Blue Fusion, not only managing and promoting live music from guitars to drum ‘n’ bass to hip hop but presenting them alongside huge talents such as Red Snapper and Faze Action. Recognition from the strong industry (Massive Attack, Tricky, Portishead, Roni Size, Smith & Mighty, Kosheen) was for the blurring of traditional boundaries with DJs such as John Stapleton of Dope on Plastic fame, Jody from Way Out West and DJ Vadim of Ninja Tunes alongside local talent making sure any event flowed but also produced the unexpected. Not content with just that Jon managed the ever popular Arc bar from scratch including the infamous JAM sessions every Wednesday on top of visits from Basement Jaxx, Underground Resistance and Fourtet. Any spare time was filled with a role as Regional Manager for The Fly magazine, a national leader in promoting live music. Any Londoners will also remember Jons’ Mix Down sessions on CFM. 

In Melbourne, Jon ran his own street press called Cheap Thrills, a funky, free fortnightly magazine and e-newsletter which covered the inner Northern suburbs featuring music, arts, film, festivals, clubs, social conciousness and a gig guide.

🇬🇧 Julien was born in the seaside resort of Deauville in Normandy, where he began working as a DJ at 16. Deauville is the home of Casino Barrière, considered one of the most beautiful casinos in Europe, where he played every weekend for three years, including private events for Cartier, Printemps and Louis Vuitton.
In 2012, he moved to St Tropez and became the resident DJ at Moorea Beach Club for three seasons. During the winter seasons, he performed for luxury hotels in Courchevel for the K2 Collection.
In 2015, he relocated to the UK to take on the Head of Music role for Individual Restaurants, which includes Piccolino’s, Restaurant Bar and Grill and Gino d’Acampo.
In 2020, his DJ set began airing every Saturday night on Virgin Radio France, and he is now a resident DJ for Radio FG, FG Chic. His podcast is frequently among the most played in the country. His versatile open format style allows him to adapt to a wide and diverse audience.

For the past ten years, Julien has been performing all across the United Kingdom and plays every weekend in cities such as London, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle, Birmingham, Oxford and many more.

Among his strengths are solid mixing technique and a distinctive approach to transitions, bringing character and fluidity to his sets. His lively stage presence and natural interaction with the crowd create a unique and energetic atmosphere every time he performs.

He also performs at corporate parties and international events around the world, including Miami, Barcelona, Stockholm, Copenhagen, London, Edinburgh, Marrakech and more.
