I got bored and decided to test out my new Heil Microphone that I'm using live now with a cover of one of my favorite songs by Blur. And it's nice to do something chill for a change. Think Tank is an amazing album and you should definitely check out the original version.

Recorded with Ableton Live, Heil Fin Microphone, Fender Jagstang, Fender Jazz Bass, Boss Roland GT-8.

Whilst I'm finishing up some new original material, I thought I'd upload a cover for you guys in the meantime. I recorded this in early 2018 and didn't really do anything with it until now but it was a lot of fun to make, learning all the different parts, as well as being a personal tribute to one of my favourite songs by the band Slowdive (plus some edgy artwork) x

Night of Broken Glass: A Jay Reatard Mixtape

Mitchel Emms is a multi-instrumentalist Singer / Songwriter & Producer from the Midlands, UK.
  
As a solo artist, Mitch writes, produces and records all his own material in which his goal is to entice the listener into an emotional musical journey whilst combining pop melody with influences spanning  rock, indie, alternative, post-rock, prog and psychedelia.

Mitch released his first self-produced solo album “Vertigo At History’s Edge” in late 2019, which was met with critical acclaim by multiple reviewers. Mitch has returned to releasing original music in late 2024, with a new album to be announced for 2025.

Mitch has been in the music industry since the age  of 10 years old, fronting multiple bands and projects, appearing on TV and radio, touring around the UK and Europe, and placing as a quarter finalist on BBC's The Voice at age 19. He is currently on tour as a live multi-instrumentalist for Rambert Dance's "Peaky Blinders: The Redemption Of Thomas Shelby".
