While spending the weekend at Tomorrowland in Belgium, we connected with a host of DJs at The Brew District presented by BUDX. Roger Sanchez, Louise Chen and Kimmy K stopped by to chat about their opinions on the dance music industry as well as the inspiring stories of their own careers.

House legend Roger Sanchez explored how he's been living in Ibiza and what he's seen change on the island over the years, both positively and negatively. Then Louise Chen touches on her passion for the human element in dance music and what it's been like embracing the pressure as a touring DJ after being a promoter. Finally, Kimmy K shares her unique story of how she followed her passion to pursue dance music and how South Africa is brimming with exciting talent.

TREKKIE TRAX co-founder Carpainter takes to the eclectic rave-focused label to release his third album titled 'Future Legacy', which features the relentless rhythm assault of 'Salvo Fire'.

Through this new album, Carpainter returns to the his roots with old school Japanese techno motifs that were prominent during the 90s and 2000s. With 'Future Legacy' he hopes to help usher in a "Japanese techno revival" by delivering raw and powerful dancefloor material. Judging by the new material, he's clearly pushing the scene in the right direction. 

 'Future Legacy' is set for release November 13.

Rounding out the release is 'Synchronicity', a deep and moody house cut produced by the label head himself. Here D'Julz dips into the smooth and sophisticated side of his sound profile, delivering warm and enveloping melodies wrapped around a driving 4/4 rhythm. Pure bliss on the dancefloor.

"Nobody Is Not Loved" - who could even dare to make such a statement?

“Tuk Tuk” is the third single from the album "Nobody Is Not Loved", that is now being released.

It is a highly energetic track that swerves across genres, first and foremost through the powerfulness of the extraordinary voice of Inez, singer of the German band ÄTNA. Her strong attitude stands above it all: "I'm the boss!"

The music video is a parable for the main idea behind the album title: The invisible protagonist of the video is the music, embodied by Inez. And she really has to fight. Throughout history, music has been misused, attacked or entirely forbidden – but until now has always prevailed. And once again in this case!

Because only music has the power to overcome everything - and to unite everyone in the end.
