After a massive 2014, Chris Lake is back to his roots with the powerful house track 'Chest', out now via Ultra Music. 

Chris Lake's newest release is a true house tune that keeps you on your toes and leads you to the dancefloor. With a smattering of chopped, warped vocal samples and a clean and pumping bass, 'Chest' is an uncomplicated, stripped back track focussed purely on the energy and the beat. 

Last year the Scottish Producer and DJ released ‘Delirious (Boneless)' feat. Kid Ink with Steve Aoki & Tujamo, a club banger that's amassed close to 8 million SoundCloud streams, and now Chris Lake back with another contagious dance track - but this time to focus on a pure and authentic house vibe. 

Known for his modern house infused with funked-out grooves, LA-based Lake was signed to Ultra Music in 2012 after perfecting his signature sound through a series of well-received releases and two Essential Mixes. His early tracks - including 'Changes', an offering that made the top 10 on Billboard's Hot Dance Airplay - received a lot of love, and helped him break into the North American scene early into his career.


Last year saw Chris Lake playing to packed crowds across the globe, including Sun City Music Festival in the States, Pacha, Ibiza and e-Lake festival in Luxembourg. He's hit the ground running in 2015 with a January US tour ahead of 'Chest’ release on the 6th of February.

Born and raised in the bluegrass state of Kentucky, Caleb Cornett, aka Amtrac, is one of the most diverse young artists in America’s underground house scene at the moment. Known for shipping that effortless, dancefloor-calibrated deep house sound that's been dominating the club scene of late, Amtrac has become known for his prolific production and solid DJ sets. From the heat of the BBQ to the smoking hot talent of Justin Jay, as he returns to the feathery fold with his latest release. The youngest of VonStroke's proteges, the 22 year old producer continues to build on the promise shown on a string of heavy hitting Dirtybird releases (Femme Fatale, Static, Instincts, Le Voyou.)  With all of his tracks created on the same college-dorm studio set up, it seems fitting that we bring you the last from those late night bunker sessions and a brace dedicated to the end of his studies and the start of the party.

'Mom I Graduated' launches in to life with the sassily titled ‘Hit It.’  Spring loaded beats adorn an eerie, vocoder-aided atmosphere, before double claps on the beat turn the track into an intensified stomper. The drop descends into thick sub bass, chopped up vocal samples and chiming, echoing percussion around its half time rhythm. This is big!!

Rain Dance starts life out of earshot.  A progressive melodic flurry gradually enters in to range through a mist of pitter patter FX touches, while ascending woodblocks bring us to the vocal drop and a thumping kick drum -“I’m gonna make it rain” - Booty aesthetics with a slowed tribal rhythm and swathes of sub bass leak through the speakers. A second summer anthem from the young Californian.
