Tigerskin returns with a batch of three very dance floor oriented tunes for sweaty disco nights. ‚Beautiful’ spreads positive House vibes with bouncy beats, jazzy chords and space cat chatter. E.L.I. is one for the Hippies, Endless hypnotic synth sequences, didgeridoos, trance is everything! The didgeridoo parts were played by Phil Conyngham for Alex Tigerskin’s personal sample library in 1997 and recorded at his apartment during a summer night till the neighbours started complaining. ‚Sliptease’ is ‚made of ecstasy‘. 80s disco synths, handclaps and hands up, this one is super catchy as well as super discoid. We love those tracks and hope you do too!

‘Lifting Spirits’ delivers 4 tantalizing tracks, each unique with a unifying energy at their core. ‘Queztal’ with two versions up for grabs, has been a tried and tested track for Alan for much of 2017, which oozes that blissed out end-of-night joy.

“We Are Unity” is maybe the punchiest track of the release. It has that infectious 90’s deep house groove with a truly energetic female vocal.

This is a long overdue collaboration and we couldn't be more excited to present a brand new EP from our man, Jena's mad scientist funk freak himself, Metaboman. A stalwart veteran of the legendary Musik Krause camp, which has been a kindred spiritual sister label of sorts of ours since the millennium-turn heydays, being fellow purveyors of bold and raw dance floor music, still brimming with new ideas galore and bucket loads of soul.

Here with the Wireless Dancer EP we have Metaboman in top form offering nothing less than his finest work: "Doppeldenk" starts things off with some classic Krause bump that brings to mind the heights of the Duo at their peak but updated, like an STL banger turned up to 11 with sinewy melodic lines and that special Thuringen twist. "Hanno" follows up with a guest spot by jazz saxophone master Thomas Prestin, and guarantees to bring down the house with a storm of swinging stabs, rough riffs, and fresh-as-it-gets drum work. On the flip, "Splitit" does exactly that, whether referring to wigs, legs, or that last drink ticket - where dusty blues vox chops and a rolling percussive smack down will revive any fading floor faces. And finally, "EchterG" rounds it all out nicely with the illest of atonal trips and subsonic bass tones that the finer sound systems out there will fully indulge. Last year Deetron and DJ Bone joined forces in a collaborative project called The Storytellers and it really is a match made in heaven. 

Both are hugely acclaimed artists with a breadth of knowledge that most can only dream of. They return with 'The Storytellers II' EP and it includes six tracks of absolute heat.

The rays were shining through the towering window, It overlooked the old church and was the only hint of natural light to be found in this deep, dark gloomy place. There was the occasional flicker of gold to be seen hanging from the tall ceiling, candles danced softly by the corner of the room as people came and went with delicate purpose. They were here to pray and observe the beautiful surroundings, they knew little of what lurked beyond the far wall.

Not An Animal have long been friends of Ransom Note and that's why we are even more delighted when they choose to release a banger such as this. They've also drafted in Roman Flugel and Frank Butters for remixes but the original is the treat for us.

Our beloved friends from Amsterdam-based Sinchi Collective open up a new chapter with the start of a record label! The new not-for-profit label will pledge the profits from each release to a hand-picked charity and kicks off with a fresh single from Leonor, featuring remixes from Curses and Sascha Funke. Profits from the first release will be benefiting The International Elephant Foundation, an NGO which focuses on protecting the severely endangered Asian elephant and the threatened African elephant.

The artist behind Sinchi Music's debut release is Leonor, who contributes a fantastic single littered with the sound of jungle wildlife, indigenous percussion, tribal vocal chants and loose house drums. We've the pleasure of airing the rework of Kompakt and Hippie Dance mainstay Sascha Funke - a flailing and unhinged house track with a giant rasping bassline and trippy synth details.
