"ISSUES REMIXES" EP offers a different take on DJ MELL G's critically acclaimed solo LP. The remix edition breathes new sounds and textures into "ISSUES", led by some of the most innovative and exciting talents in today's electronic music scene. By writing and producing music about her own experiences with BPD and featuring Manuka Honey, Sally C, Cyan85, Ben Pest and Peachlyfe along the way, DJ MELL G continues to raise awareness about the condition, challenge stigmatised views, and empower others to create meaningful dialogue around mental health.

Copenhagen-based artist and Fast Forward affiliate Peachlyfe interprets "BEYOND 70" with their eerie, techno-led remix. Set against a misty soundscape, they stitch a bleep-filled melody between sleek kickdrums, culminating in a hypnotic six-minute trip.

The 4-track release grabs hold and doesn't let go, displaying an undeniable chemistry between the two artists. Sparked by a deep personal connection, their musical kinship alchemizes their influences—from tribal house to driving trance and techno—into an infectious ride with distinctive sounds that represent them both as artists. Lawrence Lee & Mohajer fuse distinct artistic visions with dynamic synergy in their latest collaborative venture, Temporal Spell.Hailing from New York with Korean/Brazilian roots, Lawrence relocated to Berlin and quickly carved a space for himself in the scene, founding his intrepid A7A imprint and LUSH club night. Thriving in the tension of unbound genres, Lawrence forges an unapologetic sound that draws on themes of futurism, off-kilter melodies and tribal rhythms and ignites dance floors with his unflinching releases and DJ sets. Mohajer, meanwhile, is the galvanising force behind the prog-forward queer party mp3, conceived to rekindle a sense of intimacy in Berlin’s underground scene. Additionally a member of Copenhagen’s Fast Forward agency, the Iranian/Swedish DJ infuses her sets with an energetic blend of techno, tribal house, and trance, underpinned by an innate appreciation for percussion. Their collaboration is a powerful convergence of individual perspectives, and testament to a harmonious meeting of minds.

Ode to Olive is a release, event and fundraising project initiated and curated by proud Wiradjrui/Ngunnawal man LANDFILL and platformed via MEGANESIA.

Honoring his late Grandmother and matriarch of the family, Olive, and with all proceeds from the project going to Wirringa Baiya and Deadly Connections, this project has been brought together from artists that LANDFILL not only admires for their artistry, but also their outward support for his people’s self determination and healing.

Artwork for the release has been contributed by Naarm based visual artist, Yugambeh and Kuku Yalnji man Nicholas Currie.

@hasvat-informant returns to @amniote-editions under his Intellagama alias with his next EP, 'Reciprocate', fusing tender, wandering synths, washes of twitching percussion, layered aerial textures and pulsing rhythms.

"I really enjoyed writing this track," Intellagama says of the title single. "I set out to create something with a specific blend of texture, mood and melody, and after several iterations I feel I struck the balance I was after."

All proceeds from this release will be donated to Palestine Children's Relief Fund.

Premiere: Intellagama 'Reciprocate'

@hasvat-informant returns to Amniote Editions under his Intellagama alias with the Reciprocate EP. The HbF capsule sees the Naarm (Melbourne) based producer implant a fusion of sonic explorations; tender wandering synths, washes of twitching percussion, layered aerial textures and pulsing rhythms merge together to full visceral effect.

Heliobolus (@spekkiwebu) and @eastern-distributor feature on the remix tip to dizzying effect, with delicate cuts that build into deep, palpitating odysseys.

The HbF capsule will be unleashed in full force on the 23rd Feb alongside a run of limited edition caps with spiral embroidery designed by Copenhagen based design studio Alexis Mark. The caps will be available for purchase via Proton Records, more info to follow.
