DJ Joune was born In a musical family. He has been spinning in one form or another since the age of 15 years old. He started playing at various house parties and after made it to big clubs in his own town. After earning his programming skills over the years at countless school dances, house parties, and clubs, being inspired by other great Dj’s. With the support of families and friends, he became one of his town Hottest DJs. He moved to the Utah and  his tenacity caught the eyes and ears of many club promoters. With hard work and a lot of dedication he made it to the Big Clubs in Utah and also was highly demanded in other states, such as Florida, Virginia, Idaho, Boston, New York city and Internationally in  Montreal Canada, Dominican republic. Currently in Utah DJ Joune has been the DJ for club Elevate, The Hotel, Circle Lounge, Club One Weber State University and more. He also has done other types of events such as wedding, corporate events, graduation events, grand opening events. 

DJ Joune: A Global Sound Architect

DJ Joune is an internationally acclaimed open-format DJ and the official in-house DJ for the Utah Jazz NBA team. Featured on Billboard.com, he’s opened for iconic acts like Bad Bunny’s Most Wanted Tour, Journey, and Toto. In 2023, DJ Joune performed and curated events for the NBA All-Star games, showcasing his talent for curating experiences ranging from sports events to fashion shows, private parties, festivals and weddings.

Primarily based in Salt Lake City and New York City, DJ Joune has made his mark in various corners of the world. His performances have spanned France, Greece, Canada, Senegal, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and beyond. Recently, he has expanded his global footprint with sets in countries such as Mexico, Colombia, and Greece. He’s also had the honor of opening for Nelly and sharing the stage with Shaboozey, bringing an unmatched vibe to audiences around the globe.

In addition to his worldwide performances, DJ Joune has worked with renowned clients such as the Utah Jazz, Sundance Film Festival, Range Rover, and the NHL. His mixes can be found on YouTube, capturing the energy and essence that make him a standout on the international DJ scene

Absent Without Love (AWOL) is a unique act who’s lyricism and musical delivery is as expressive as it is engaging; inspiring others to find their own way, even when the path of least resistance appears more desirable. However, AWOL’s persona is all but an act; as she is a U.S. Army veteran who built a promising future in the cybersecurity field, later turning down contracts from organizations such as NASA to pursue a full time musical career, despite what those around her thought of her decision. 
Growing up in upstate New York and currently based in Los Angeles, vocalist, producer and songwriter Jacqueline Carraway discovered an innate passion for music as a young girl, later cultivating her creative journey on her own terms. Surrounded by a musical family, many members of which were in the ministry, AWOL found solace in exploring her multifaceted talents, ranging from singing backup for legacy acts such as Barry Manilow and Foreigner as part of her church's choir to learning how to write and produce original material. After joining the U.S. Army in 2008, Carraway began recording music under the moniker AWOL (“Absent Without Love”), a play on the military term for when a soldier doesn’t report for duty. With her sound weaving between hip-hop, R&B, soul and rock -taking risks to consistently leveling up in every aspect of the word, Jacqueline “AWOL” Carraway can be found working on new music and reminding fans through her pseudonym of the lessons taught in 1 Corinthians 13:1: "Without love, [we] are nothing."
