Donnell Robertson (born August 7, 1991) is known by his stage name " Definite D". Donnell started rapping at the age of 12, he is most known for rapping at " Francis Junior High" and "Hyde LPCS" in Washington DC. He has made 3 tapes by him and mixtapes with XXV Records (2007-2008). Definite D has gone independent in the year 2009 and began making his own. His style is mostly poetic, conscience and
storytelling.

There are so many places all over the world pumping out different genres of music and they all have their own piece of flavour attached to them.  I feel it helps people connect with the music if you know where it’s from and offers a new experience during the set“

Cmax Music AKA City Props is a second generation DJ.  His father was among the first djs to start the movement and offer to play records at clubs in the early 70's out in New Brunswick Canada.  Cmax has been an avid music festival attendee here in BC for years now,  having hit his first Shambhala in 2004 and watching Basscoast grow to be one of the most desirable festivals in Canada. The summer of 2021 brought on the opportunity to put a set together for Under the stars festival and it ended up being his first time playing solo live.
