Approaching his first turntables in 1996 at the age of 12 Roberto Mercuri has been an important element and point of reference for the growth of  dance floors and music/cultural events on the Italian east coast in the Marche region. Mercury has a very varied background which begins with the mid-90s progressive and is completed over the years with funky, house music, techno and experimental electronics. Parallel to his solo work, from 2007 to 2014, together with @robertoclementi (Soma Records) he embarks on a journey that will lead them to produce for important Italian and international labels such as Autist, Tenax Recordings and Claque Musique, all under the name I-Rob.
Over the years he has shared the console with many internationally renowned artists and continues his solo journey focusing on mastering his Dj-ing and organising of events.
He is a founder and organizer in various musical/cultural projects in Italy under the CERRADO STUDIO brand with @alessandro_capitaniguerra and a compact team of dear friends, including House On The Rocks, MAF MAF festival and many other projects and collaborations.
