Diynamic and mobilee have always been close, and last year celebrated together in style on the rooftop of the Hotel Diagonal in Barcelona during Sonar 2010 with all the leading artists on board, including Diynamic's H.O.S.H who's next up on the ever diversifying Leena Music catalogue!

Starting to release back in 2006, Holger Behn - the man behind the four well renowned letters - already has an impressive catalogue with EPs on labels including Get Physical, Kindisch, Supernature, Freerange, Strictly Rhythm, Dessous, Tsuba and of course his home label, as well as his debut LP 'Connecting The Dots' on Diynamic which came out last year.

His new EP, 'Tour De Fonque', fits perfectly in a peak time dance floor set, with strong basslines and in the case of the A-side track 'Dead And Alive' a twisted and eery vocal that's demanding "to know what it is". Meanwhile B-side 'Tour De Fonque' is built on a deep and driving groove that's impossible to ignore or stay still too. Keep it spinning and enjoy!

The new Leena is by Toronto-based Sean Miller - an artist who's previously released on some of the leading dance music labels of today: Steve Lawlers Viva Music, Satoshi Tommies Saw Recordings, Audioflys Supernature, Nic Fanciullis Saved Records, 2000 and One's Area Remote and various collaborations with renowned artists.
 
Miller has built a strong and vibrant DJ/Producer career over the past ten years, which his new EP 'C'Mon That's It' on Leena stands testament to with it's well honed production style and creative flare.
 
The title track is certainly one to wake you and put a rocket up the dance floor's ass. Just as H.O.S.H. brought 'Tour De Fonque' to Leena last month, this is also packed with funk and grooving loops, and it's clear what it's asking : 'C'Mon That´s It!'.
 
'Keep The Funk Alive' is similarly a high energy affair, whilst 'Easy Come Easy Go' is for the calm after the storm with a slower, more peaceful grooves and synths. Leena was heating up before, but Sean Miller has just set it alight!

While 'Perfect Fit feat. Heartbeat' represented the softer, more organic moments of Niko Schwind's recent 'Grippin' World' LP, the second album single 'My Heart Is On Fire' showcases a tougher, more club-focused sound, that's complimented well by Niko's choice of remixers. 	

On the original of ‘Grippin’ World’, a monstrous bass-line wraps itself around Lil’ Magdalene’s beguiling voice. Bristol's rising stars Waifs & Strays pitch down the original's vocals and lay them over a grooving house framework accentuated by machine gun claps and stuttering vocal loops. 	

We are then treated to classical pumping piano house in the form of 'My Heart is on Fire', which wouldn’t have been out of place in early 90s Manchester. Lastly, Dale Howard turns in a muscular warehouse dub that perfectly round off a very solid DJ package.

mobilee's Back to Back compilation series has evolved significantly since its inception, with the second disc of each compilation presenting a unique take on mobilee's music. Back to Back Volume Four, compiled and performed by And.id and B.A.N.D., continues this evolution with a two-disc extravaganza that is unlike anything you've ever heard before. While Disc 1 compiles highlights from mobilee's discography over the past year, Disc 2 consists of jazz interpretations of classic mobilee tracks, all of which have been painstakingly recorded, arranged, and re-edited by And.id. These refreshing takes on some of mobilee's best tracks over the years were recorded during live studio sessions with jazz musicians, whose use of real instruments in performing mobilee tracks—not to mention And.id mixing and arranging—breathes new life into these time-tested anthems.

Alongside this compilation release, And.id has also produced an exclusive live mix featuring his recent and also unreleased productions and edits. This exclusive mix is a perfect presentation of his live show which he is performing in clubs all around the world and it is only available to purchasers of the release via a free digital download code that comes with the CD.

Since 2011, he has made his mark on imprints from the likes of Rejected, Leena, Cecille, and most recently, on Saved with his current hit, "Let It Go". Now, London based Tech House DJ and producer, Ross Evans, delivers a fresh sound on Mobilee Records with the release of his two-sider, "Deep Water", wrapping up the Summer 2014 pool season as we know it. Touring Europe on Carl Craig's side, his name may ring a few bells, but Evans is more than a sidekick. His upbeat and deep piece, "Part Of The Dream" was featured in the November 2013 edition of Nic Fanciulli Presents Worldwide Sounds while "Let It Go" was the 36th most charted track in July 2014 by Resident Advisor DJs.
On a more familiar note, Evans made a splash at the Mobilee Pool party series at Hotel Santos Beach Club in Ibiza this summer while his two-tracker brilliantly worked its way to becoming mobilee's 136 release. The A-side presents "Deep Water" featuring the lovely AYA while "Tonic" is written all over the B-side.

Fresh off the back of his recent ‘Gypsy’ EP on Nic Fanciulli’s Saved Recordings imprint, Ray Okpara returns to the mobilee stable with a deliciously dark double hitter. With his half-Nigerian roots, he’s often known for rhythmically intricate music productions built on addictive, loop-driven beats. Here however, he interestingly he opts to let the bassline, melody, and atmospherics do the talking instead.

Title track ‘Sugar Feel’ is a funky dub-roller with a warped vocal sample flitting through a seductive whirlpool of FX-laden chords and stabs. A mechanoid synth pulses in and out of focus, as if an electrical charge is flowing directly through the listener’s brain. A muscular tech-house beat marches through the miasma and skilfully manages to reign it in without it becoming too heady, making it ideal for peak-time moments as well as late night excursions

‘Ostroff’ is a veritable beast, an absolute party starter with a weapons-grade bassline which cruises beneath the surface like a chrome-plated shark on full alert mode. Skilfully deployed volleys of percussive stabs and vocal chops litter throughout, always giving the thunderous low-end room to breathe.

The new Leena welcomes a very new guest to the mobilee family - Belgian born Jona - who having been discovered by Get Physical in 2005 has since had a series of strong releases on labels such as Supplement Facts, Planet E and Resopal. A born musician, Jona originally studied the guitar and was heavily influenced by Blues and Jazz music, until he fell in love with electronic music and graduated from the School of Audio Engineering. His wealth of musical training has supported his desire to continually explore new sound perspectives and forge is own and unique sound signature, something not so common in the electronic music world of today.

'This Time' is a three track strong EP that takes brings together a variety of musical themes. Whilst 'Drifting Away' and title track 'This Time' both have grooving bass lines perfect to shake up the dance floor, 'Resonate' has layers of drifting synths creating more of a dreamy Summers day atmosphere. A debut release from an artist we hope to be seeing a lot more of in the future....enjoy!

Born in Chile but raised in Sweden, Alexi Delano, with fellow Swedes like Cari Lekebusch, Adam Beyer, Jesper Dahlback, Joel Mull and others, became part of some of the first wave of Swedish electronic music producers that made a name for themselves in the mid 90s, releasing on techno labels such as Plus8, Missile, Primate, Hybrid, Svek and many more. His style dwells in the perfect balance between shiny minimalism and dark vivasious techno, which is exactly what you can expect from his brand new EP for Leena 'Un Do Me'. 

As a long term friend of mobilee, and also an artist who's productions fit well with many of our artists dj styles and tastes, it's a great pleasure to finally release one of his productions on Leena. Both tracks on the EP 'Un Do Me' and 'Watch Out' come with a powerful punch and high energy. With more than two decades on the stage, he's an artist that is certainly showing no intentions of slowing down. We hope you enjoy this!

From deep house to dubby techno, Sebo K has been around the world and back taking the club scene on full throttle with the decks as his mission control. Now he's back with one of the rare long awaited releases – still hitting the point!

His latest output, "Scenario" isn't just any ordinary EP. Sebo K has this special release down to a science as he centers it around an event series that will gracefully unravel this year.

The self-titled track kicks off the 4-part EP with a mounting musical score writing an outline of the listener's idiosyncratic Kopfkino. The A2 takes "Scenario" and strips it down to a killer series of beats and base.

Flip over to the B-side and you'll find two more intense ambient-themed music scores including "Shades of Red" and "Fragments" that will rock you into the deepest trance of sideway thinking.

The buck doesn't stop at the release. As of 2013 the infamous "Sebo K and Friends" parties will now go under the alias, Scenario. Be sure to seek out the host with the most during the upcoming months throughout Europe.

Tom Trago's new 12", the album sampler to the upcoming album The Light Fantastic. Featuring the dancefloor stomper "Two Together" which was co-produced by Steffi, "True Friends" featuring Breach on the vocals and the non-album track "Avenido". Big TIp! 

Tom Trago is back, giddily dancing out of the studio into the dizzying light of a European summer. Tucked under his arm are the masters for his third album, The Light Fantastic.

Since his most recent appearance on Rush Hour last autumn, Trago has spent most of his time in the studio. Over four memorable months, he constantly jammed, recorded, tweaked and produced tracks, until he had enough strong material to put together what might just be his best full-length to date. 

Along the way, he was joined by an impressive guest list of guests and collaborators from Amsterdam and beyond, all of who were roped in after “popping into the studio to hang out”. 

You’ll have to wait to hear the album, but the good news is that there’s an enticing teaser of what’s to come in the shape of this formidable three-track taster. One of the tracks, the chiming, loose-limbed, bass-heavy workout “Avenido”, is exclusive to this 12”.

When he sat down to make The Light Fantastic, Trago was keen to recapture the essence of his early work, and particularly the melodic warmth, kaleidoscopic chords and robust grooves that characterized his 2009 debut album, Voyage Direct. This time, though, he wanted to rely less on samples and apply the lessons learnt from four years of largely acclaimed production work. As a result, The Light Fantastic oozes a gleeful sense of fun, whilst retaining the depth and definition that has always been a hallmark of Trago’s work.

The two album tracks featured on this sampler confirm the rich dividends that this new approach brought. “True Friends”, featuring the combined talents of Brit-in-Amsterdam Ben Westbeech and local hero San Proper, bristles with loved-up positivity, all bubbling electronic melodies, fuzzy vocoder vocals and jaunty, bottom-end bounce.

Then there’s the small matter of “Two Together”, an extra large helping of the kind of loopy, feel-good deep house funk with which he made his name. Expertly teased, tweaked and produced, it sees nagging hooks, darting synths, jazz keys and disco stabs riding a relentless, full-throttle groove. Co-produced with Berlin-based Dutch producer Steffi, it’s nothing less than a wide-eyed late night rush. If it doesn’t have you tripping The Light Fantastic, nothing will.
