After 2017’s ‘Observations Longways The Time’—that brought together some of Poland’s most promising contemporary artists and producers—Unknown Timeline returns with a Split EP by the Polish newcomer Raroh and the Poznań-born Głós, highlighting three original works by both producers respectively. The record’s A side is dedicated to Raroh and his take on the dark and hypnotic blend of Techno the middle-European country has grown to be notorious for over the last couple of years. All three of his works, dedicated to the club floors in and outside of Poland, take you and your body on a mind-bending trip. On the flipside, Głós continues his recent experimentations on how far the established sound of Techno can be altered into something that sounds like the resonance of your club night out. With bleeping 8-bit melodies and filtered piano sounds, he brings you home safely after Raroh contributed the soundtrack to your hours spent on the dancefloor. The record will be available in 12” Vinyl format with a digital release following soon after.

Alderaan is the pseudonym of Franco De Michele, a music producer and DJ from Argentina. His discography is spread by labels such as Warm Up Recordings, MindTrip, Pole Group, Weekend Circuit, just to name a few. In the year 2018 he co-founded Danza Nativa, the deep techno label based in Buenos Aires. 

The new EP of Alderaan is formed by four themes with very different textures. Each one of them with great intensity and full of emotions, while telling a story along the subject. ‘Upsala' and ‘Gracia' are introspective themes, with electric sounds, elaborately worked and a slow but constant development. 'Cielo Sur' opens the panorama with a pad that accompanies us throughout the song while the percussions set the pulse for the dance floor. The EP ends with ‘Chalten', a percussive and hypnotic theme, ideal to immerse yourself in the listening of a new world within the forest.

From the need to contribute and relieve a little the social and economic problem that is currently being experienced in the country due to the emergency of COVID-19, From a Lost Place has brought together local and international artists who have joined the cause to, through music, try to help the most vulnerable. 100% of the money raised on Bandcamp will be donated in two parts: One for Santa Cruz del Islote, an artificial island located in the San Bernardo archipelago (Colombia) and considered one of the most populated islands in the world, which It sustains itself economically through tourism and now finds itself with a lack of food and medicine supplies. The other part will go to the Fundación Rediseñándonos, located in Bogotá and whose initiative is the reintegration of vulnerable people and street dwellers through weaving and clothing. Right now and due to the current situation, this home needs to stock up on food and raw materials to continue working for those who need it.

A partir de la necesidad de contribuir y aliviar un poco el problema social y económico que se está viviendo actualmente en Colombia debido a la emergencia del COVID-19, From a Lost Place ha reunido artistas locales e internacionales que se han sumado a la causa para, a través de la música, tratar de ayudar a los más vulnerables. El 100% del dinero recaudado en Bandcamp será donado en dos partes: Una para Santa Cruz del Islote, una isla artificial ubicada en el archipiélago de San Bernardo y considerada una de las islas más pobladas del mundo, la cual se sostiene económicamente por el turismo y ahora se encuentra con falta de abastecimiento de comida y medicamentos. La otra parte se destinará a la Fundación Rediseñándonos, ubicada en Bogotá (COL) y que tiene como iniciativa la reinserción de personas vulnerables y habitantes de calle por medio del tejido y la confección. Ahora mismo y debido a la situación actual, este hogar necesita abastecerse de alimentos y materia prima para continuar trabajando en pro de quienes lo necesitan.
