G4 = 392 Hz, I pushed up 396 Hz which is said to be a healing frequency of the ancient Solfeggio scale, which resonates with the root chakra. I combined it with 174 Hz in the bass(also a Solfeggio frequeny which shall reduce pain and stress). I'm no shamane, nor at home in this kind of stuff, so, when it helps for good energy: fine, also beyond the matter how and why ! This is a "Cinematic Modern-Alt-Country Fusion" ballad. It is a powerful, narrative-driven song that builds dynamically, beginning with a stark, "heartbeat" pulse from deep floor toms and swelling into a massive, anthemic climax. The lead vocal is the central storyteller, delivered with a "steady, mild-country grit" in the verses. In the choruses, the style pointedly shifts to a rhythmic, declared "Military Boot Camp Style Cadence".

Modes About Me is a genre-defying trio from Niagara Falls, New York, known for blending alternative rock, pop, hip hop, and acoustic elements into a cohesive, emotionally charged sound.

The project began as a solo creative outlet for Mark, who started writing and producing music that didn’t fit neatly into one category. What started as a personal side project soon grew into something bigger when he recruited his childhood friends, Dave and Miller, both long-time musicians who shared his passion for experimentation and emotional honesty.

Together, the trio shaped a sound that thrives on contrast — heavy yet melodic, structured yet fluid, vulnerable yet powerful. Their music draws inspiration from the energy of Niagara Falls and the emotions of modern life, exploring themes of self-discovery, mental health, love, and resilience.

Modes About Me’s songs shift naturally between genres — from guitar-driven rock and soulful acoustic moments to rhythm-infused hip hop textures — while always staying true to their core identity. With every release, the band continues to push the boundaries of what alternative music can be, carving a distinct sound that’s deeply human and refreshingly original.
