When it comes to DJs and producers, Glasgow provides. Yet another one of their favourite sons Gary Beck has reigned as one of the dance communities best since his inception in 2007. Racking up a list of achievements grand enough for any pool room, Gary has shows his worth time again with an Essential Mix, Boiler Room and by signing his music to many genre-leading labels including Drumcode, Soma and his own institution BEK. His big-room sound has had dance-lovers positively drooling for years and they’ll be happy to hear they had better pack an extra hanky, because there’s a new album on it’s way and this mix has the exclusive to a few of its gems. A true legend in Berlin and the world over, DJ Pete was there in the delivery room when techno was born. Now the godfather joins us next week to celebrate a 30-year career that has pushed boundaries, tested limits, fist-pumped its way through the murkiest waters of techno.

Takaaki Itoh es reconocido como uno de los padres de la nueva generación de la música techno en el país del sol naciente. Desde 1994 es el responsable de los mayores eventos celebrados en el norte de Japón con el techno de raiz detroitiana como principales influencias. Las referencias de Itoh son muchas y muy variadas pero destacan por encima del resto, UR Derrick May Axis Hardfloor Harthouse, Warp y Rising High Takaaki Itoh comienza su carrera de productor en 1996, publicando para el sello británico Electracom donde coincide con Damon Vallero Inigo Kennedy y Hiroaki Iizuka obteniendo rápidamente una gran repercusión a nivel mundial. En los últimos años recorre Europa mostrando su sonido característico y único antes nunca visto en nuestro continente, con actuaciones en Alemania, Austria, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Croacia, Eslovaquia, España –acostumbra a visitar el norte del país donde le piden caña-, Holanda, Hungría, Portugal, República Checa, Yugoslavia. Desde 2002 dirige su propio sello Wols donde ha contado con la colaboración de los españoles Óscar Mulero y Christian Wünsch para las remezclas del tema Cry Of State Desperation incluido en la segunda referencia de su sello. Por el contrario, Takaaki Itoh edita sus trabajos en Continual, Housedust, Mainout, Majesty, PVC, Sheep, Stimulus, Tsunami, Warm Up, etc…

Sept is a Warsaw based artist, known as a hypnotic and powerful DJ, producer and A&R of the Berlin based label voxnox Records. His unique eclectic sounds are supported by the biggest DJ’s in the electronic music scene nowadays. 2017 was a big year for Sept, he played many of the most respected venues and festivals in Europe, the highlight in his career was the debut at the dungeon of Tresor Berlin. His vinyl release on voxnox, caused major waves in the techno scene and end in october he got signed by Elite Music Management for the worldwide bookings. To this day, he has released his music on high profile record labels such as Voxnox Records (DE), Sonntag Morgen (IT), Flash Recordings (DE), Abyss Recordings (UK) and 2651 Records (UK).

Dryad is a UK born artist based in Adelaide, Australia. Originally pursuing a career with Funktion-One after completing an Architectural Technology Diploma (but unable to relocate to accept the job), he continues to draw influence from imposing sound system aesthetics, and industrial spaces.
In 2014 he co-founded the infamous ‘Billion Underground’ parties in Melbourne where a serious roster of local and international artists were invited to deliver their skills in warehouses and underground locations, including Dino Sabatini, Ancient Methods, Tripeo, Pfirter and Drumcell.
Following the Billion Underground series of parties, Dryad has turned his attention to creating and producing techno. 2016 saw his first vinyl release ‘2S2W EP’ on ‘Southern Lights’ with Annulled User and Michal Wolski remixes, followed more recently with a remix contribution on ‘Controlled Violence’. It’s within the production arena he is focused on creating a body of work whilst pursuing engaging sounds and structures.

Inhalt der Nacht is a Berlin-based DJ and producer, defined by a singular sound imprint inspired by cold wave and new wave beats. 

Through his productions, Inhalt Der Nacht, gives us his own interpretation of EBM-fused Techno.
