It’s been a tough year. An economic, social and cultural shutdown has left people in a disenfranchised state, wondering what is next for themselves and the world. Despite all this, many of us have kept on keeping on - creating, loving, sharing and doing all we can to keep the Fires Burning.

This single is Adventura’s first foray as a music maker, encapsulating his love for driving grooves, tight percussion and genre-bending instrumentation. Expect a wild ride, and a whole lot more from this young producer.

For almost 20 years, I have continued my explorations of sounds from elsewhere. A journey that is both inside myself that in connection with outside.

I decided to name this DJ set "Caravan Bass" in memory of these caravans of nomadic travelers transporting spices, material and immaterial objects but especially stories and music collected in the countries crossed. Stories and music that they then shared in turn.

A set that I wanted as a transcendental journey where the traditional folk influences of the world collide gently with the lively bass and beats of electronic music.
