Growing up in London meant Rockin Moroccin was always surrounded by music. He soon started working at the drum & bass record store Lucky Spin while playing house parties and showcasing his early love of 80's electro. 

Over the last 15 years in the game, he's played all over Europe and made a big mark on Ibiza playing at HEART as well as Amnesia's Vagabundos night. His music is aimed at the dance floor and draws on new disco, melodic, tribal and percussive styles.

This new single is defined by its superb vocal, a classic house music top line that takes on an all-new soul perspective here. It is a silky smooth affair with an almost choral edge. The drums are warm and the percussion organic and bubbly, with sombre piano chords draped over the groove to help make this one a truly tender tune.

Rockin Moroccin will have dance floors with their hands in the air and tears in their eyes when he drops this one.

"Rockin Moroccin and Davide Ruberto join up for the new single 'Sendeya' which was recorded with singers from the Gnawa tribe in southern Morocco. 

London-born and raised Rockin Moroccin has been immersed in music for over 15 years. From a love of 80's electro, he started playing at house parties whilst working at a drum and bass record store and now plays everything from new disco to tribal to percussive house at places such as HEART Ibiza. On a trip to Morocco he met up with Davide Ruberto to record this new single. 

Rimini born Davide Ruberto is a producer, live performer, music composer and pianist who started out making classical music before moving into electronic sounds. He has a relentless passion and global reputation and has produced and remixed stars like Cher, James Brown and recorded for the likes of Columbia, Reprise and Sony. 

The Gnawa tribe originated in West Africa and migrated to Morocco. They have a rich musical tradition, which blends African, Arab, and Berber elements. Sendeya is an important concept in Gnawa culture that represents "the intersection of spiritual beliefs, musical traditions, and community identity." The Sendeya mantra is often played during spiritual ceremonies and rituals, and is believed to have healing and transformative powers. 

The gorgeous 'Sendeya' is steeped in lush piano chords with smooth and seductive rolling deep house beats. The spine-tinging vocals from the Gnawa tribe bring inescapable emotion as the synths swell around and heighten the uplifting experience. Add in organic percussion and you have a most righteous and timeless tune. 

This is a deeply mystical new track that brings a unique spiritual house spell to the dance floor. "

Continuing to add new talent to their catalogue, Mycelium welcomes ĐIZE to the label for his debut EP called Flora. He is a young musician and electronic music producer from the city of Medellín, Colombia. His first approach to music was through jazz and he had some contact to Berklee College of Music. His experience as a musician is reflected in this exquisite EP inspired by charged melodies that, at the same time, take on a life of their own through flowers. This EP contains three tracks that unfold like a story, starting with Crisantem, with its crystalline melodies and dense basses, continuing with Orgidee, using a voice that evolves towards hope throughout the track, and ending with Florere, a track with a consistent bass, which at the same time maintains restless and illuminating melodies. Fernn already made his debut on the label at the last edition of HABEAS CORPUS V/A a month ago, where his banger „Christiania“ hit incredible resonance on many platforms and various dancefloors. The new two tracker Freedom Plane is equally promising, providing deep, driving grooves and lush synth arrangements that lead the crowd straight to the dance floor.

Polish producer & DJ fernn is part of BanatiCrew kolective. He has made his fans dance at festival events such as LAS Festival, Uroczysko, Tribalanga or Jadoom. As live-act and DJ, he performs hybrid, adding melodic synths improvisations and percussion elements live and collaborates with other instrumentalists. He confesses to downtempo, electronic and midtempo electronic music.
