Milton Chuquer is a Brazilian house icon. One of the most talented, long-lived and considered DJs the country has ever produced, and also one of the main cases of success in the Brazilian house scene. He has performed a few times at some of the most respected international parties and clubs such as Funkbox NY, Cielo, Shelter, Mi Casa Holiday, alongside names such as Louie Vega (Dance Ritual), Jojo Flores, Osunlade,  Timmy Regisford, Dj Spinna, Julius The Mad Thinker, Quentin Harris to name a few.

One of the founders of the “Sunday Sessions” party in Sao Paulo, which in 2023 turns 18, having received names from the most important in the international house scene such as Natasha Diggs, Osunlade, François K, Joe Claussel, Timmy Regisford, DJ Spinna, Rich Medina , Folamour, Jojo Flores, Benji B.

Milton has been with his weekly “Deep Monday Show” for 2.5 years (always on Mondays) on the channel “Soulful House Music Collage on Twich from 8 am to 10 pm Est

Feature regularly on the “Shelter Records” and “House Nation Music” channels on Twitch.

Code Wu he also was the first successful DJ in Taiwan to be invited to the worlds largest music festival GLASTONBURY at main stage The Blues in 2015. 
received a nod from Love Da Records, who released his official remix of the single “Almost Home”from Moby’s album “Innocents”.

In 2009, he debuted his first EP on Beatport.com, the world’s largest DJ music store with a catalogue of over a million tracks, where his song “Buddha” rose to the top 50 downloads in the site. 
His credits as a producer, recording and mixing engineer, and composer who specializes in fusing traditional and modern Chinese instruments with Electronica and Techno beats, to a diverse audience, from music enthusiasts to trendy consumers, positions him as one of Taiwan’s top DJs.

XAFU was born from the desire to combine electronic music and its trends with world music, especially with musical expressions from lusophone countries.

It was in Alfama, Lisbon’s historic district, that the passion for electronic and traditional music influenced the portuguese André Xina and brazilian Juninho Ibituruna to create XAFU, back in 2010.

After releasing in 2013 their debut Paredes do Horizonte EP, XAFU returns with Além Mar EP, where they explore the world music and electronic genres by remixing artists such as Ravi Shankar, Jorge Ben Jor , Cesária Èvora and Cheny Wa Gune.

Além Mar (portuguese word for “overseas”) navigates to the four corners of the world with the colaboration of the portugueses Ricardo Passos and João Pires, the mozambican Cheny Wa Gune and the brazilian Thiakov Davidovich.

Their inumerous colaborations that includes musicians from Portugal, Brazil and from the portuguese-speaking countries, allows this project to share the artistic and musical heritage of the lusophone culture.
