Greetings, my name is James and I am a 21-year-old university student. My goal is to be an artist while living the college life as well. The challenge is to combine late parties with waking up early, in order to study and make music. If I can’t make music, I go nuts. You can enjoy these struggles on my social media.

Before this I was producing with some friends who decided to quit once we went to college. But I couldn’t quit. Music was more to me than just a hobby, it allowed me to express my feelings. Showing my emotions was something I truly hated and I always had a difficult time doing so. Putting my feelings in songs allowed me to process regrets and lost loves. One time, after hanging out with an old friend of mine, I promised to visit him again. I never showed up and he passed away. Till this day I am still working on the song which could fit that regret. That’s why my music is very personal to me. I also don’t enjoy sharing it with people I know, because of that. None of my family members and friends know my music is online. Sure, I shared them a song every once and a while but I kept the emotional ones to myself. Uploading these songs was also a huge step for me. 

In order to get my music out on the internet I’m currently actively studying marketing in my spare time. Learning new strategies by reading books is something I love doing. I believe that being a fresh musician nowadays requires marketing knowledge. Right now I’m also thinking of ways to give you the possibility to get involved with my marketing efforts in the near future. But for now, I hope you enjoy the music!
