This Soundcloud platform is a tribute to our greatly missed Guitarist and friend 'Jazz Ball' who was sadly taken from us on February 14th 2012. We all so miss you dude but your Legacy rocks on!! Hair of the Dog originally got together in 1993. The band packed it in after Danny had a rather nasty motorbike crash in April 1994 was and nearly killed. Ten years on and in 2003 'Hair Of The Dog' returned covering old and new classic rock! They did not fail to impress you with their fantastic musicianship and powerfull tight performances and the rest is a shaggy dog story. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 'Hair Of The Dog' MEANING? An alcoholic beverage consumed as a hangover rememdy. The phrase comes from the expression "hair of the dog that bit you", meaning that the best cure for what ails you is to have some more of it. In ancient times it was literally used to say that if a dog were to bite you, putting the dog's hair into the wound would heal it. ..
