This Much Talent represents some of the world’s leading Songwriters, Producers and Artists.

Established in 1991 by Sandy Dworniak, the company has developed an internationally renowned roster of clients, known for their involvement in some of the most groundbreaking projects of the past 20 years.

This Much Talent’s early achievements with clients Nellee Hooper and artist/composer Craig Armstrong  included collaborations with some of the worlds most influential artists such as Massive Attack, The Foo Fighters, Kylie Minogue and Bjork, who helped to establish the company and their roster.

This Much talent also branched into music supervision for film, working on Baz Luhrman’s Romeo and Juliet – awarded “Best Achievement in Film Music at the 51st Bafta Film awards.

Since then, This Much Talent and their ever-growing stable of producers and writers has enjoyed success with artists from The Prodigy to Arctic Monkeys and from The Noisettes to Kasabian, amongst many, many others. Some more recent triumphs include Marina and the Diamonds' critically acclaimed album ‘The Family Jewels’, Ladyhawke’s debut album ‘Dusk Till Dawn’, The Temper Trap’s ‘Conditions” and Adele’s award winning, multi platinum albums ‘19’ and ‘21’. 

In 2006 Sarah Guppy joined This Much Talent to head up the Australian office and to help extend the company’s network around the world.

In 2009, Laura Jones joined This Much Talent to help expand the existing roster and to further develop the company’s standing in artist management.

This Much Talent’s is now long established as one of the premier music management companies in the UK. Innovative, forward thinking and a champion of developing artists, they are always at the forefront of international music trends. So, what do Monkeyrush sound like? Well, they are a guitar band but they don't let that get in their way - the way that Ben and Tony wind their guitar parts through each other's and the informed sounds that they use, plus the strong and supple grooves provided by Simon and James mean that the band have a much broader sonic palette than the usual guitar grind.

Monkeyrush's influences and styles, as befits the modern world, are many but they blend these styles effortlessly, often within a space of a verse or chorus. Ska, Chic-like funk, punk, and Hendrix-inspired wig-outs all feature... "Skundrix" anyone...? Add to this Fil's bittersweet vocal style and you have an irresistible combination.

With festival favourites ‘The Sea’, Sam toured extensively across the UK, mainland Europe and Ireland and supported bands as diverse as Levellers, Radiohead, Back to the Planet, Senser, Chumbawamba and Rancid. They had a reputation as an energetic and passionate live band and were popular on the festival circuit in the mid-1990's including two performances on the NME Stage at Glastonbury Festival and countless gigs on the Free-Festival scene.

With his band The Bakseats, Sam continued that tradition of entertaining and informing as a live band including a memorable performance at Bearded Theory Festival.

Wanting a bit more flexibility in how he presents his music, Sam decided to go solo allowing him to play either as a band or as a solo performer but always playing memorable and stirring songs with fire and energy. This also allows him to perform songs from right across his musical career, from the early days of The Sea, songs from The Bakseats to songs he might have written the day before the gig... Sam would describe his music as fairly folky but with an edge, a bit Pogues, a bit Waterboys, a bit Nirvana…
