Very nice – clever lyrical approach, taking ownership of being the faker…..fits well musically too, eases along quietly & carefully, wanting but afraid to come in….

The lyrics are excellent.  We wonder whether the story narrator is, in fact, a great and true friend - perhaps the best possible - but in secret circumstances that are painful to them.
