The pain feels like the biggest enemy inside oneself. It can grow to a real identity.
What is experienced in the past, can feel embarrassing and very painful.

No Pain no gain - at first level true - but  not true at all 🔥

For some it`s to overwhelming and many like to cover this part inside with a mask.

At the beginning, the cycle starts to oscillate, it manifests itself on the surface 💎

So I have three questions for you today:

Is there a cycle of pain that manifests in repetition in your life?
How do you benefit from this pattern, to hold on?
Are you ready to let go of this pain?

When its a clear "YES" from you, meditate on this questions before you go to sleep and just go with the flow ✨

Recently though I came across a deep and dark jungle. I was alone, unsure where or how to navigate through it, and then.... all of a sudden.... this cool ape appeared before me and offered his guidance.
