Based on sounds that were created inside an old forgotten piano.
This piece breaths out its existence.
Through its wooden corps, cornered in an imaginary and lightless scenery, we are sensing the vibrations of its frame and of the time passing by.
A seven minute (potentially long-winded) selected memento of sounds which were filtered though the instrument’s history.
This piece was presented at the elactroacoustic Music Marathon (Corfu 20/11/2004)
The theatre was arranged for multichannel sound with 28 speakers placed at specific spots.

Sir Lalis was an inspiration to me when I first saw him out sound hunting. He has a fully functioning sound factory, into which he often pours the spoils of his hunt or he creates juicy mixtures of electromagnetic sound that come from human experience. The factory produces a constant flow of waste, on close inspection it was discovered the waste was, in fact, fully formed visual accompaniment to the sound scapes intentionally produced in the factory. The Lalis factory is an organic organism, which is constantly in a state of metamorphosis. Lalis has a strange habit of tasting every ingredient, toxic or not, that finds its way into
