An ambient piano track that I hope will create some emotion for you, probably best heard on headphones, I hope you enjoy it.

Originally this idea came by listening to a YouTube video on composition then I used it as the basis for a short challenge piece on Max Konyi’s Sonic Sorcery channel under the title “Where I Must Return“

I turned it into this ambient track, I will possibly use the idea to create a choral piece in the future (maybe!).

This is the last version where I have three AI singers for my singing. Natalie and then Asterian a little behind and HXVOC more behind. The most challenging work was with the text in Czech, because both Natalie and Asterian had a little different pronunciation and HXVOC handled Czech worse due to the fact that I have it short and I don't know it as well as the other AI voices yet. I imported my "original" singing recording into "SyntV" via English translation to text under the notes and I assigned the created track to Asterian and transposed it three semitones higher (above me). The English didn't fit the Czech so I converted the entire track to Spanish and created the Czech pronunciation word by word. Natalie was created from Asterian already in Spanish and was above me by 21 semitones. HXVOC was made from Natalie and is above me by 15 semitones. The AI vocalists remaining on the recording are Galenaia, Solaria and Cong Zheng (u a).

'Further Studies Beyond Decay' - is a compilation of new Everyday Dust material and remixes from 'The Green Decay’.

Earlier in the year Everyday Dust started work on new and experimental works whilst various remixes from his ‘The Green Decay’ album were also taking place. As both projects developed they fortuitously drifted together and soon became clear that the new works and remixes belonged on the same release. ‘Further Studies Beyond Decay’ is a development of ‘The Green Decay’ that feels as organic as the process from which it was created.

The contributing remix artists - covering a spectrum of ambient and electronic music - each bring their own unique interpretations in order to present a multifaceted and compelling re-synthesis of 'The Green Decay' (Released on Sparkwood Oct 31, 2016)

I'm in the process of renovating/updating various aspects of my studio, adding new hardware/software. New music on the way.

I'm a believer in true social interaction on SC, having intelligent dialogue with artists, and giving personal feedback that is (hopefully) more inspired than "Nice."  There are a lot of decent artists here not attempting to "go viral", sharing great music that deserves to be heard and not drowned out by bots.  Encouragement/criticism promotes growth, so say something worth something.
