Shall Ocin & AFFKT step up to remix Henry Saiz's 'For Days And Nights' in this latest release from Natura Sonoris. This follows on from the original release, which finally dropped last month after featuring in Saiz's still-famed Boiler Room show last year. 
The EP features two reworks from Argentinian artist Shall Ocin; best known for his releases on illustrious labels Ellum and Hotflush, the producer steers the track into darker waters with melancholic pads and distorted bass. The dub mix sees him abandon the vocal the original track was built around to focus on the soundscape alone. 
The third and final remix is supplied by AFFKT. Renowned for his ever-poignant cuts and remixes, the Spanish producers contribution to the package is truly exquisite. Think layered ethereal melodies, compelling looped vocals and dark chord patterns.

Italians Luigi Gori and Frankye Lova debut on Timeless Moment with three Melodic Techno gems: Relief, Eccentric and Rubbing.

The main themes involving the first two tracks of the EP, Relief and Eccentric, are darkness and hypnosis, with both bringing obscure progressive atmospheres, organic analog synth lines and solid dance floor grooves.

The third and final track of the EP is more Techno orientated with a slight “Cirez D’ feel to it. The effects of “Rubbing” on the dance floor are notable and euphoric due to its powerful bass line and kick drums that are followed by an amazing introspective breakdown, turning this one a secret timeless weapon for the underground lovers.

We are delighted to welcome back Sean & Dee to ICONYC with their brand new ‘The Ascension EP’. Their Dragonfly release back in October on ICONYC Noir, laid down the gauntlet and has seen their stock rise rapidly since. On their ICONYC debut the duo gets us in the mood with the opening track 'Last Tree Standing’. A grooving melodic techno roller, fusing chord stabs with string ensembles and clinical percussion with a beautiful driving lead line. 'Last Tree Standing’ is a monster of a track, that is perfect for your club inspired evening entertainment and to get you in the mood for a big night out.

Next up we have the title track ‘The Ascension'; this driving offbeat basslined winner, really hits it one from the off, as it musically slams it home. Adding a few warm tinkling sounds, a squelchy edge and some nicely effected spoken sounding pieces, and we basically have the formula for a bit of a leftfield monster. Like something from yesteryear, yet sounding fresh - this melodic techno monster will do nicely thank you very much.

Having established their credentials thru the regular output of quality productions via various well-known labels has endeared them to a wide array of dance music loving folk. ATL024 - DARLYN VLYS - HORSE FEAT. HAPTIC

February 2019 marks two years of ATLANT and our most important release so far as we combine the musical talents of Nîmes (FR) born Darlyn Vlys with Sydney (AUS) vocalist Haptic, alongside stunning re-imaginings by electronic visionaries Mind Against, Tim Engelhardt and Peter Pardeike.
‘Horse’ first appeared on radars when Âme b2b Dixon premiered this emotional vocal to close their Innervisions hosted Royal Albert Hall 2018 event. With the rumour mill gathering pace it was a challenge to keep things under wraps, especially because we wanted to create an ATLANT package truly worthy of this special track.
The Original’s strummed bass-line and organic percussion immediately catch your attention, with everything stripped back to lay bare Haptic’s raw emotional shoegaze tone. A lesson in restraint, Darlyn Vlys’s subtle use of studio effects and sumptuous synth layers add warmth as Haptic asks us to pause, before leading the way to a string drenched chorus to ‘just give in’. Now the track develops, with the lyrics becoming ingrained in our memory. As the bass and beats exit, this time with a greater sense of urgency, Vlys leaves you wanting more.
Italian-born, Berlin-based duo Mind Against need limited introduction to anyone familiar with their music for Afterlife or Life And Death. These guys rarely provide remixes ... when they do, the output is always something special as witnessed on their recent Celestial Dub of SCB’s ‘Test Tubes’. We are privileged to welcome them to the ATLANT family.
Alessandro and Federico have delivered a true masterpiece with a deep dark groove gently underpinned by echoed crashes and atmospheric arps, as the vocal enters. A masterclass in drama, Mind Against accentuate every breath and lyric before a subtle deep bass drop increases the tension, letting ‘Horse’ run wild into a swirling arpeggiated crescendo that temporarily disorientates the listener, however Haptic’s vocal is always there to lead you home.
It is a complete pleasure to have BOg’s long time collaborator and good friend in the supremely talented Tim Engelhardt onboard. Tim’s Horse update subtly emphasises all of the key elements of the original, while increasing the dramatic orchestration, making the bass pulse and enveloping the lyrics in swathes of cinematic melodies as a sustained synth buzz and beautiful piano lines add incredible emotion. There is a purity and real beauty here.
The EP closes courtesy of the Peter Pardeike [Connaisseur | Innervisions] who builds on core events of the original to create a rich sonic tapestry perfect suited for unforgettable club moments. Peter’s teasing use of the vocal and extended breakdown raise a heightened sense of anticipation before whirring synths simmer and explode, with new melodies creating a sense of euphoria. Absolute perfection.

TWO compiles the power of FOUR! We are continuing our FOUR series w/ Jonas Woehl, Pysh, Renga Weh and Robin Schellenberg. 

Jonas Woehl's track 'Nova' is focusing on a deep low end which slightly reveals an arpeggiator supported by straight techno drums. 

As the name already might tell, 'Ritmo' by Pysh is a melodic techno groover. He's using a repetitive melody backuped by wide and flying pads followed by deep vocal shouts. 

Renga Weh has created a mystic journey where you never know the destiny. 

Track four of FOUR is from Berlin based Robin Schellenberg. He is closing the VA with an uplifting arpeggiator, saw baseline and lot's of drums and percussions.
