第一弾は、本シリーズを始動するきっかけとなったMarco Shuttleを迎える。Marco Shuttleの音楽感を語る上で「シネマティック」というワードは絶対的であり、まさにそれを体感できるセット、2022年12月に沖縄Veronaで開催したAgaitida "Year End Party" でオファーした3時間の録音をMix Series 01として公開。沖縄のフィーリングに寄せた一味も二味も異なるMarco Shuttleをお楽しみください。

A new Mix Series is launched. Psychedelic and Intelligence music in Techno format, with artists selected as the final concept.

For the first installment, we warmly welcome Marco Shuttle, who inspired us to start this series. The word "Cinematic" is absolutely essential to Marco Shuttle's play style. 3 hours live recording from Agaitida "Year End Party" held in Okinawa in December 2022 is now published as Mix Series 01. "To commemorate Inveins’ 100th episode, I wanted to create a journey that honors the story of the series thus far, reflecting on its influence as a long-standing narrative in techno and ambient while staying true to my personal style. To do so I sought out a sense of balance when developing the mix, trying to find a careful harmony between the inspiriting and the meditative, a flow that shifts but never strays, and drawing from producers and labels whose music I consider both contemporary and timeless. 

I hope the recording captures my respect and admiration for the series, bookending one chapter while opening the door to the next."

For Patterns of Perception 112, we're very excited to welcome back @kondukukonduku - a truly stellar all-round talent and dear friend of our collective. 

Four whole years have passed since we last featured Konduku in our mix series. In this time, he has reached new creative heights, adding textures, shades and vibrancy to his distinctive sound - in the process finding homes for highly touted releases on the likes of @spaziodisponibile, Mantis (via @delsinrecords), @nousklaeraudio, @amenthia-recordings (with @aasudd) and most recently @djnobu_bitta's Bitta.

As a DJ, his creativity and skills are similarly vaunted, and see him regularly take the stage at key festivals, venues and events across Europe and Asia. 

Recorded live at Patterns of Perception @ OHM Berlin on Apr 21, 2023, Konduku's Patterns of Perception 112 is a showcase of his thrilling abilities behind the decks. Unpredictable yet totally engrossing, this set is a profound tale of tension and release. Tightly wound grooves and eerie psychedelia leading us unerringly to ecstasy. A fine balance of intuition, control and spirit from a visionary artist in full-flight.

Night Garden is a musical project embodying an imagined space between our conscious reality & the world of dreams. It is a liminal point in space & time; a home to drifting forms & sounds unknown. 

This mix is a re-recording of a set he played at a very beloved party in a field somewhere in the south of England and is themed around the time of dawn. Rising with the sun, it blooms from the misty atmospherics of the early morning into the full energy of the day.

Human Lessons #074 - Night Garden

#114 presented by Tokyo based artist Ryogo Yamamori (@ryogoyamamoritracks). A brooding, eclectic mix which perfectly showcases his signature style. The Japanese producer has a sound reminiscent of the broader, ever-impressive Japanese techno scene, but always with his own signature take. 

Ryogo's DJ'ing & productions (often via his own label Kagerou),  immerse you in a dreamy atmosphere of organic & unique percussive  elements, underpinned by a sparse warmth & driving psychedelic techno energy.

So excited to welcome BLNDR to the series, a long-awaited delight after observing the French producer develop his magnetic and kaleidoscopic sound over the years. BLNDR's mix is glimmering and atmospheric, reflective of the patient and meticulous nature inhabiting his work as both BLNDR and his more-recent Traevor alias. Voiced in a heartfelt tone and assembled with a poet's touch, this set is a soft yet spry landing to an intense season, breathing a new air, fluttering to a new rhythm, earnest to the very end. I enjoyed this one immensely and I hope you will too. Thanks Tom!
