Transmit Recordings’ new EP features the young Italian talent IDR3N with an original track “Medusa” which is a pumping techno tune with detailed drum-works and an electronic vibe to it adding to the stompiness to deliver a dance floor mover. A remix on “Medusa” comes from Matt Sassari who delivers a grooving slab, added to the original stems with big vocal sample and some great FX work, this is a smoother take on the original but strong and dance floor savvy all the same. Landing on Nicole Moudaber's label for their 55th release (Sudo's favourite number, coincidentally) he comes bearing three heaving techno rollers all galvanised and piqued with his signature conceptual signature and thirst for fusion.

'Abstract' takes root from a trip to a Picasso exhibition. Shapes, colours, ideas, textures: how a minimal lead can suddenly flip into a brazen industrial juggernaut (and back again) at the flick of a switch. 'Transmission' continues this theme as calm becomes chaos and chaos becomes calm thanks to a rubbery warm kickdrum and a kaleidoscopic acid line that swoops and flexes across the spectrum. Finally we hit 'Dialogue' where a spiralling, rising lead and dubby shimmering synths creates both introspection and communication. Dialogue with the dancefloor, dialogue with yourself dialogue with the future… Where we expect to see this talent Kobe-born, Berlin-based artist return very soon.

Markantonio’s label AnalyticTrail kicks off 2019 with a bang and presents a three track EP of hard hitting techno made in collaboration between Durtysoxxx and Bruno Aguirre.

Each of the artists behind this release are successful when working in a solo capacity, but when collaborating, their complimentary styles combine with a ferocious output that’s both menacing and eloquent.

Durtysoxxx along with many releases on his own label Funk'n Deep has also contributed tracks to Phobiq, Respekt and Unity Records.

Bruno Aguirre first worked with Durtysoxxx when releasing music on Funk'n Deep which has developed a relationship leading to this collaboration, and along with those EP’s he has also worked with other labels including Bitten.

Picking up the intensity for the finish, “Inside The Game” is the perfect fusion of dark and light with percussion that will shake concrete off the walls.
