The Room of Being

"Yes, another world of work is possible and that may sound a crazy notion if you feel trapped in some meaningless, boring, or stressful job that seems to suck the very life out of you. Work is a major source of suffering for most of the beings living on this planet and this does not have to be the case. Work can be a vehicle for something radically different, but more about that shortly.  

When you consider how much time you spend in work over a lifetime then you really should think about the quality of that time and effort. Yes, it may seem a scary thought to leave the safety and security of some boring or stressful job to step out into the unknown but consider the consequences of staying! 

Feeling stuck in some meaningless job that feels joyless or hard can take its toll physically, emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually. Such work will create stress which will feel like an ongoing tension in the body as well as generating emotional and mental tension. Stress, over time, can often lead to ill-health and serious illness. Long term stress will lower our vital force energy, our vibration and this in turn will impact everything, what is possible for us to allow, accept, attract, and create in our reality...."

Ascension News: Another World of Work is Possible

Moojibaba shares a simple 10 minute exercise to awaken to our true Self.

The exercise involves sitting down and emptying one's mind, staying present and aware of oneself and observing thoughts and feelings without identifying with them. 

With practice, we become established in presence and experience a transformation in our being, realizing that the true self is not the mind-created identity, but consciousness itself.

"If you can follow this, you will find real happiness, real joy, and realize how precious your life is. Not your life lived to satisfy your egoic and personal identity, but the life that is eternal, unending and beautiful."

Essential Pointer for Awakening

Moojibaba's emphasis in this talk is on the importance of observing thoughts and sensations with detachment. From the stillness of the detached witness, peace and harmony infuse all of our daily interactions.

"The whole world is like a passing show. When you're still, you gradually begin to feel the full power of your presence. It resonates like peace, like a solid peace, a well beingness, joy, silent, content, happy, not happy about, just happy. Happiness is your nature."

Dwell Inside Your Own Presence

This meditation is to help you prepare for the dreamstate, to prepare your chosen resting place, your bedroom, sealing it in light. To set the intention for your dreaming journey. To help you shake off attachments to any lower dreaming worlds so that you can rise in light and grace, in joy, fun and play. So that you can have a new adventure. 

"To rest is to sleep, to sleep is to dream, to dream is to journey. To prepare for the journey is all important, so that your space is held in light.... So, now, as you prepare to enter the dreamstate… Getting ready for your entry to that world... Take a moment to remember the many archangels that can hold sacred space for you....
Raphael of the East and his bright and radiant aura of emerald-green light,
Michael of the south and his bright and radiant aura of electric blue light,
Gabriel of the west and his bright and radiant aura of diamond white light,
Uriel of the north and his bright and radiant aura of ruby red light.

Calling upon these angels to hold space for you now as you prepare to sleep. Allow their protective light into the room to protect the four directions of this room.
Take a moment to remember other archangels holding space for you.
Calling now Metatron from the Great Central sun who brings down a golden-white fiery grid into the room, into the space you are in. 
Take a moment to seal your resting space in this light. Calling that beautiful protective golden-white light in the walls around you. Just see that light beginning to form and spread in the walls to the floor beneath you and the ceiling above. Closing the space in light.
Calling now Sandalphon from the crystalline grid of the earth, who brings the grid of diamond-white crystalline light to support the physical structure you are sleeping in. Just allow now that diamond white crystalline grid to hold and ground the room you are in. As if your room could float on a beautiful grid of light.
