Enjoy a Healing Sound Journey to balance and open your Heart Chakra. 
The Heart Chakra, or Anahata, is located directly in the middle of the breastbone, one can put their hand over their heart chakra and feel their own heart beating in their chest. It represents the feelings of love towards others and towards ourselves as well as a overall state of happiness.


Respective organs are the lungs, liver, thymus, heart and blood circulation. 
An open heart lets us be more open to others and we get along with people of all different backgrounds and personality types. 
Typically, a person with a well-balanced heart chakra is happy and tend to find joy in the day-to-day things that they experience in life. It doesn’t take some grand event to make them happy, nor do they have a tendency to go searching for happiness through some type of outside circumstances. They realize that happiness genuinely does come from within and they make the most out of virtually any type of situation they find themselves in as opposed to trying to change their circumstances in order to feel better about themselves.

With a blockage on this Chakra you’re probably going to have a very difficult time feeling deeper, more meaningful emotions like love or joy. In fact, you’re more likely to become very distant toward others. You may find it difficult, if not impossible, to forge new and meaningful relationships with other people. 
A person with a unbalanced or blocked heart chakra may experience chest pain and heart palpitations. It also affects how well the person is able to breathe because it has a direct impact on the function of the lungs.

Its associated color is Green.

When your Anahata Chakra is balanced you are full of Love, Happiness and openness. 

The Anahata is associated with several characteristics:
- compassion
- love towards yourself and others
- happiness
- trust
- connection to others
- surrender

For this Sound Journey I used the planetary frequency of the Earth Year (136.10 Hz, according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to open, balance and heal the Heart Chakra (Anahata). Supported by instrumental elements, organic percussion and natural atmospheres, this Sound Journey provides a deep, meditative Sonic Experience.

"LoveLight" is a collection of songs and insights coming from the heart, reflecting the pulse of the planetary shift that we are currently experiencing on personal and collective levels. The album was produced by dutch musician Maneesh de Moor and mixed by Steve James at Rocking Horse Studios. Inner Peace, World Peace. 24 X OM chants by Johann, overtone singing from Chis, who also weaves his bansuri flute around the OM's and over the atmospheric ambient pads (that includes a Tibetan monk synth :-)). We overdubbed a brief sound journey at the end. 

This was to be a central track for one of our main live yoga music projects, to chant with groups of people for inner transformation, for outer change.

We created this sound journey with the intention to invite the listener to tune in and reconnect with mother earth and listen to her loving guidance for those times of great transitions and awakening of humanity.

The Solfeggio Frequency 528hz is supposed to be a frequency that harmonizes, repairs and activates our DNA. Some say it's a divine frequency that helps to manifest miracles.

The tone C# is believed to be the resonant tone reflecting the frequency of mother earth.

We suggest that you listen with headphones in a quiet place and make yourself comfortable. Setting an intention to connect with the Earth and recieve guidance from her can help to amplify the experience.
