Enjoy a Healing Sound Journey to balance and open your Heart Chakra. 
The Heart Chakra, or Anahata, is located directly in the middle of the breastbone, one can put their hand over their heart chakra and feel their own heart beating in their chest. It represents the feelings of love towards others and towards ourselves as well as a overall state of happiness.


Respective organs are the lungs, liver, thymus, heart and blood circulation. 
An open heart lets us be more open to others and we get along with people of all different backgrounds and personality types. 
Typically, a person with a well-balanced heart chakra is happy and tend to find joy in the day-to-day things that they experience in life. It doesn’t take some grand event to make them happy, nor do they have a tendency to go searching for happiness through some type of outside circumstances. They realize that happiness genuinely does come from within and they make the most out of virtually any type of situation they find themselves in as opposed to trying to change their circumstances in order to feel better about themselves.

With a blockage on this Chakra you’re probably going to have a very difficult time feeling deeper, more meaningful emotions like love or joy. In fact, you’re more likely to become very distant toward others. You may find it difficult, if not impossible, to forge new and meaningful relationships with other people. 
A person with a unbalanced or blocked heart chakra may experience chest pain and heart palpitations. It also affects how well the person is able to breathe because it has a direct impact on the function of the lungs.

Its associated color is Green.

When your Anahata Chakra is balanced you are full of Love, Happiness and openness. 

The Anahata is associated with several characteristics:
- compassion
- love towards yourself and others
- happiness
- trust
- connection to others
- surrender

For this Sound Journey I used the planetary frequency of the Earth Year (136.10 Hz, according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to open, balance and heal the Heart Chakra (Anahata). Supported by instrumental elements, organic percussion and natural atmospheres, this Sound Journey provides a deep, meditative Sonic Experience.

Astral projection (or astral travel) is an interpretation of an out-of-body experience (OBE) that assumes the existence of an "astral body" separate from the physical body and capable of travelling outside it. Astral projection or travel denotes the astral body leaving the physical body to travel in an astral plane. The idea of astral travel is rooted in common worldwide religious accounts of the afterlife in which the consciousness' or soul's journey or "ascent" is described in such terms as "an... out-of body experience, wherein the spiritual traveller leaves the physical body and travels in his/her subtle body (or dreambody or astral body) into ‘higher’ realms. It is frequently reported in association with dreams, and forms of meditation.

Patients have reported feelings similar to the descriptions of astral projection induced through various hallucinogenic and hypnotic (including self-hypnotic) means. There is no scientific evidence that there is any measurable manifestation of a consciousness or soul which is separate from neural activity, and there is no scientific evidence for the contention that one can consciously leave the body and make observations. Attempts to verify that such has occurred have consistently failed in spite of the variety of pseudoscientific claims to the contrary.
