Moojibaba gives a simple but powerful exercise which he calls ‘mind watching.’

He asks us to scrutinise our thought activity. When a thought is seen to not be true, actually say: “this is not true” and immediately cut the attention to it. 

Like this we quickly come to recognise the vast and impersonal space of being.

In this time of ascension there are times when you can expand your field and bathe in the wonderful energies of Gaia or of a like-minded community. There are other times when we must be more mindful and be a light warrior. In this meditation (recorded on the Lionsgate 8-8-19 portal) we call upon the Galactic High Council for protection. We ask for light warriors of the highest light to come and protect our energy fields. 

Starseeds are wanderer souls and have connections with many star races. We can call to these races for protection at this time of ascension.  We can call on Galactic Light warriors to come and protect our energy fields from lower frequency beings that seek to interfere with our energy fields.

As we do, we observe the damage that is being undertaken by humanity and ask for forgiveness on behalf of the collective. We offer healing light. We hold space for those who are undertaking the damage to shift themselves. And we hold the highest intent for the Amazon to thrive, revive and restore.

There is great power in collective group prayer, in shifting consciousness. This is why so many individuals are awake during these times right now - because each individual has offered their frequency into the collective, to raise the consciousness of all.

Prayers for the Amazon (Meditation)

The following is an energy healing I performed for individuals who have the Coronavirus and are experiencing a deterioration in their health, specifically in their heart and lungs.

The Coronavirus creates big clouds of black mucus, miasma, and debris in levels 2,4,6 of the human energy field.  This thick mucus and miasma are why people who are on ventilators do not necessarily get better.

The field of energy, which creates the physical fluid in the lungs, has not been cleared.  You need to clear the energy field, activate the immune system response, open the lymph pathways to ensure the fluid on the lungs can be removed and processed out of the system.

Until this happens, people will still be in the cycle of struggling to breathe. Asphyxiation (lack of oxygen) is the main cause of the death of this virus.

PROTOCOL:

In this energy healing, I clear the clouds and mucus, restructure the energy field of the heart and lungs, remove stress from the system and take the system into a more parasympathetic state.  I open the meridians, and nadis and run DNA re-encryption to override any DNA mutations, activate the macrophages, and white blood cells and open up the lymph nodes and system to take away the fluid build up, as well as fill the heart and lungs with unconditional love.  I also help process some of the grief being purged by the lungs at this time, as people are purging the grief of our Mother - Planet Earth for all the taking energy that has happened by humanity.

Morning Meditation - Centering Prayer

“Wind comes from the spring star in the East; fire from the summer star in the South; water from the autumn star in the West; wisdom, silence, and death from the winter star in the North.” - From The Divine Adventurer, by Fiona Macleod.

In ancient Irish tradition it is said that the Tuatha De Danann (Faery Races) came from the stars. The Faery Races left the earth-plane as humanity descended in consciousness and vibration. They retreated into the faery mounds, disappearing from this world into the underworld. This happened, in different parts of the world, before and after the fall of Atlantis. In the inner earth they built “four cities that no mortal eye has seen but that the soul knows; these are Gorias in the East; and Finias in the South, and Murias in the West; and Falias in the North.” The Faery People brought with them into their cities four sacred tools of power. These sacred tools are: the sword of the element of air (from the city of Gorias), the spear of the element of fire (from the city of Finias), the cauldron of the element of water (from the city of Murias), and the stone of the element of Earth (from the city of Falias).

In this meditation we invoke the Faery races to assist us in our ascension process and rise in consciousness where again humanity and the Faery Races will be able to interact cooperatively.
