Enjoy a healing sound journey to balance your root chakra.
The root chakra, or Muladhara, is located at the base of your spine. It provides you with a base or foundation for life, and it helps you feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. Your root chakra is responsible for your sense of security and stability.

This is my first sound journey, recorded in Ableton Live... I used the planetary frequency of the earth day (194.18Hz according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to balance and heal the root chakra (Muladhara). 

For this Sound Journey I used the "Planetary Chakra Healing Template" created by Steffen Ki on Harmonic Resonanz.
