@janeret is part of the rising generation of the French scene. He is one of the key artist of @yoyaku roster and the AD of Joule Imprint.
As Janeret, he performs regularly through Europe, but has also toured through Japan, Australia, and the Americas, acknowledged for his energetic sets that incorporate minimal house and breaks.  Janeret grew up in Grenoble, a city in south-eastern France, but has called Paris home since 2010. It was around this time that he began “taking production seriously,” he explains; his earliest experiments had started several years earlier. He marked his relocation to the French capital with a slew of releases on various imprints, but it wasn’t until 2015’s Heat EP that Janeret began to feel comfortable with his production methods and style, a smooth take on deep house with a solid groove.

Sammy Dee needs very little introduction, his 20+ years involvement with Perlon and Get Perlonized events are evidence to his legacy who is an example as such that we have as role model. 

One thing I can talk about extensively however is him as a Dj. Sammy possesses an extremely wide taste in music and a record collection that follows that,  crossing over many genres of music. His ability to adapt to day or night sets, early or late slots and so on  is incredibly precise, as seen here at Sunwaves Festival last May. He was handing over to Dragos Ilici who crossed over to Binh. Please note that this set has intro / middle and ending, a feature that should be standard to us all but surprisingly it is not, hence my emphasis on it, it is a beautiful progression and killer structure. 

Sammy was one of my first bookings for the Toi.Toi.Parties and has been a close friend ever since.  I lost my shit during this set at Sunwaves with him and when finding out it was recorded I pestered him to allow me to release it as it has been on 'repeat' ever since. 

My due respect and thankfulness to this amazing soul and artist I truly admire.

Guesthouse is turning 8 years old, so we thought that as a thank you for all your support we would offer this as a little present in preparation for this weekend’s party and in turn for leaving you with the start of a musical legacy we intend to create through this podcast series.

It is such a great pleasure to present you with the first Guesthouse Podcast along with other aspects which we will be bringing out this week such as our brand new website and blog.

To start things off, we have who is, one of the most understated and respected artists in our scene, Rhadoo, to provide us with a recording of his fabric set when the club turned 19 years old last October. A lot could be written and said about this artist who is so outstanding, unique and historically relevant to minimalism, however, in order to be in line with his identity and his understatement we will let the music speak for itself. 

We would like to thank fabric for granting us this recording and wish them a great night this Saturday as they have their annual RPR Soundsystem gathering. 

Back here in Bucharest, we will be celebrating with a stellar line up including Charlie, Christopher Ledger, Inner, Junki Inoue, Kozo, Praslea and Vera.
