Moontongue is an elastic art ensemble ranging in size from duet to quintet plus. We present improvisations from a variety of blended multi mediums and music genres. We open to the silence of the space, listen to each other, invite the muse to join us, then create in that stream of consciousness flow. In the studio we record in the present moment without charts, preconceived sketches, nor prior discussion of ideas... Free form improvisational live recording with minimal post production. We are inspired to offer music that is fresh, oft times atypical and born from the balance point of consciousness.
