Hahah I actually found this song from a game installer from a group named SKIDROW, this is awesome! 

I keep coming back to revisit the geniousness of this hybrid track. I remember my father actually stopping up and listening to the music while i played this level in Turrican 2 as a kid.  "No no.. don't leave the water yet" (as the music would change upon exiting the water)

If you are familiar with the demoscene (especially on the PC side during the 90s) you have probably heard this tune a thousand times because of its awesomeness.

I decided to try recreating it in Logic Pro X with some soft synths. Enjoy!

Demotype

Taking a journey to Vega, a star in the Lyra constellation - obviously a hypothetical and fictitious thing, but just wanted something cool and fitting for the track. Tried to make a little narrative about the trip, but they don't really have all the happy and proper clips I want at VideoBlocks. So use your imagination here and there. ^_^

It was originally intended for The 8-Bit Guy as a backing track for his videos, but grew and took a life of its own, so here it is in all its glory!
