Our next guest on 'Nektar Mixtape Series', is another Melbourne local @Upper90.

Luca Twomey (Upper90) is a Producer and DJ currently based in Naarm / Melbourne. Luca’s music is high energy and heavily inspired by many DJ’s from the 90’s techno and trance scene. Luca’s ‘euphoric approach to his producing in the studio, is transformed into his live sets around the city. His Debut single which dropped earlier this year ‘Reality’ was the first introduction of ‘Upper90’, and has taken off ever since. With many more tracks currently in the works, a big 2023 for Upper90 is on the horizon.

In this mix Luca has given an hour of hard slapping techno, with plenty of unreleased tunes from the man himself. This one will be a belter for your Friday night pre's. Give it a listen.

Arta Fact is a DJ / Producer born and raised in the Highlands of Scotland.

Built on a foundation of euphoric feel-good house and rave infused techno, Arta Fact continues to evolve his sound, more recently delving into the hard-groove / funky side of techno - with his ‘Untitled Grooves’ EP gaining attention from some of the scenes biggest names in DJ Heartstring and Franck.

Radio appearances on KETTAMA’s Rinse FM show and Glasgow-based Clyde Built Radio towards the end of 2022 further solidified the sound in which Arta Fact strives to bring to the audience. His wide plethora of music has seen him support acts in his home nation such as X CLUB. Shampain, LF System and t e s t p r e s s.

This year sees Arta Fact lined up at some of Glasgow’s best underground venues: La Cheetah Club, Berkeley Suite and SYMBØL as well as releases scheduled later in the year on Twice Infinity’s sub-label Groovecore United and an EP on Dublin-based label Disintegrated.
