Jackson McNamara, better known as Makk, is a Naarm/Melbourne producer & DJ, establishing himself in the local dance music scene. 

House in techno and pure groove are some words to describe the nature of Makk’s productions and mixes. With a knack for swinging basslines, hard hitting drums and groovy & dreamy chords, Makk presents all these sounds for the second instalment of our Mortimore Mix series 💖

For our 10th instalment in our Mortimore Mix series we introduce KJONES, who has put together an exciting mix for us consisting of breaks, electro, garage and drum & bass. With 34 tracks in just under an hour, each blend will leave you wondering what’s coming next. 

You may recognise KJONES as being half of RUSH HOUR, which is both a hard-house duo making waves in the scene as well as a radio segment on Area3000. As a solo artist, KJONES has played across some of Naarm’s most iconic venues such as Section 8, Xe54 and New Guernica supporting garage heavy hitters such as Conducta and Notion.

The Canadian label Chez.Kito.Kat Records publishes the new EP “zwergenstoff” by Berlin’s based producer Antilophobia. After having already released in 2019 his first ambient album “Archive”, he is coming back with a totally different mood on this EP.
“Zwergenstoff” is a five-track exploration into the world of modular techno, reminiscent of locked grooves. Each track is focusing on a single short sequence that gradually morphs across different synthesis techniques, enhanced by minimalistic, steady techno grooves. This album is the result of a dedicated search for a looping, yet ever evolving combination of simple modular synthesis and groove, offering DJs a dynamic tool to craft rhythmically interesting landscapes on the dancefloor

We aim to promote local and emerging artists, from all corners of the globe. Showcasing different styles of mixing and genres each month. This is an ongoing show on the 4th Friday of each month at 12-1am (GMT) 11am-12pm (AEDT)

Every month we will host an artist from different sides of the hemisphere. Bridging the gap between Australia and the UK, while also sticking directly to our name AuuK – AU / UK.

For the first show of the year, we wanted to invite a guest that has been making waves in the progressive house scene in Djilang / Geelong, Australia.

We welcome Ryheem to the Voices Radio show.

Ryheem blends high-energy mixes inspired by trance, progressive, and house music. Ryheem's sets inspire listeners and dancers to shape a musical landscape geared towards peak-time. His AUUK mix is largely inspired by sunny and euphoric moments on the dance floor, mainly featuring hard house and trance tracks from 90's & 00's. Ryheem also runs a similar monthly mix series
showcasing talent from Djilang / Geelong and surrounding areas.
