Courtney Bailey is a DJ, producer, and party organiser from Japan, now based in Berlin. She founded the underground rave NOCOMPLY in Shinkiba and gained international attention with her 2023 debut EP Soleil on Hole and Holland.

In 2025, she released I Wanna Feel You on Australian label Animals Dancing — a hazy, acid-infused EP featuring her bilingual vocals and experimental sound.

As a DJ, she has played at renowned venues including Panorama Bar in Berlin, Womb in Tokyo, Klymax in Bali, and Fuji Rock Festival, with regular appearances across Europe and Asia.

Old fart who loves 4:4 across the board. Occasionally promote and play out at a night called 'Darkroom' and at 'Esoteric' at The Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. currently promoting #InRealLife at The Golden Lion, Todmorden (next event is 3/12/25 with Reedale Rise live.) Held a residency on the Modulations podcast and broadcast 'The Electric Lounge' radio show for two years. Musical inspirations: too many. Forged in late 89 sweatboxes in Manchester...But it ain't where you're from, it's where you're at.
