For those in the breakbeat scene Kraymon needs no introduction with stand out releases that stretch back to 2001 on labels such as Boombox Records, Streetwise Recordings, En:Vision and Freakaboom. After a few years off production, Kraymon has started releasing music once again. Recent highlights include the excellent ‘Ill Behaviour’, 'The Good Old Days' and 'I Feel For You' all on Rune Recordings and all hitting high in the Beatport charts.

Drawn to creative freedom, Kraymon moved to Bristol where he led some of KINGPIN's best underground parties and for over seven years it was a staple in this city's famous nightlife. Kraymon has regularly performed around the world with highlights at Fabric in London, Glade festival, Glastonbury and Shambala, combined with tours around Spain and Australia.

“Falling” shows the more musical side of Kraymon featuring glissando synths and dreamy vocals alongside the booming 808 subs layered with the classic “Think” break we all know and love.

Kraymon and I have a friendship stretching all the way back to the turn of the century. We both appeared on the same “Bristol Breaks” release from MBM records back in 2005 when I was still using the Stabilizer alias and I was one of the local DJ’s to appear at KINGPIN so it’s an honour to be able to release this track along with my tougher, rolling, acid tinged remix, harking back to my old school breakbeat days.

Today Kraymon is a co-promoter of Super-smash in Bristol, a night that also hosts a monthly radio show on 1020.live. He is ready to go with his new mind blowing live set and is currently expanding his catalog at pace. This is a new era of Kraymon that is not to be missed.

Sound Transitions is elated to bring you a hefty slab of rapid fire electro and techno goodness from none other than DJ Panthr (AKA Akasha Systems). Source Drift EP is scheduled for release on January 27 and we couldn't be happier. With its three deep originals backed with three inventive remixes from heavy hitters Roaming Data, Deeprhythms, and Alien House, this is an EP that will absolutely stand the test of time and find a welcome home on any dance floor.

DJ Panthr takes you on a journey from otherworldly electro to emotive, pad-filled techno to deep, spacious house. The remixers turn the already excellent originals into something wildly new and different. Roaming Data ups the tempo of the title track while still keeping things razor sharp. Deeprhythms sets the mood with a wavy, eyes closed, hands in the air blast of euphoria while Alien House melts things down to a smooth outsider house interpretation of "Liquid Light."

There is something for everybody across the six tracks presented here. The personalities and flavors of the producers all shine through while still maintaining a cohesive feeling throughout. It is not to be missed.
