For me, writing music is like my soul coming up for air. My body and my conscious mind are, much of the time, held down under society's expectations. When my spirit can't breathe, it bursts forth and takes control. It fights with my conscious mind, and the struggle is exhausting. But, when my soul wins, the feeling of liberty is inexplicable. Singing is like this, too. I am who I am meant to be through music.

Long time Classical singer-Americana player (guitar,banjo and keyboards) who has fallen deep for new technology in music and audio.

I write musicals, choral arrangements, instrumental compositions, and songs.

Current projects include: writing a new musical comedy film with longtime collaborator Andrew Gordon; promoting the Fishnapped! Original Cast Recording with Open Road Productions; recording god-knows-what with Mike Tortorello at Soundchaser Productions; recording audio adaptations of classic fantasy called Dreamers Tales in cooperation with Pegana Press

Chained to the Earth, dreaming of building pyramids among the stars.

A lover of great music in all it's forms who enjoys the challenge of bringing something new into the musical world and knowing the joy it can bring to all even through the darkest times.

I use a combination of my tried and trusted Fender Squier 50's Vibe Beach Blonde Telecaster guitar, my recent lucky find of a perfectly good Westfield Stratocaster copy, my Tanglewood semi-acoustic guitar, my Ovation Ukulele and a rather cheap and cheerful USB keyboard recorded directly on to GarageBand on my iPad via the iRig and Zoom Multi-stomp Bluetooth peddles. I have now added the brand new Zivix Jamstik+ to my instrument collection which is great instrument for adding depth, power and orchestration to my new recordings. I have now added my brand new Fender Kingman SCE Acoustic Bass Guitar to the mix.

My only rule for making music is that I give myself just 2-3 hours from conception, to recording, to mixing and editing the song before posting to Soundcloud. Please forgive me if some of my recordings are a bit sloppy and too short!

I suspect you all wonder why I play mostly reflective tunes. That may be due to the fact I seem to major at the minor chord?

I like to thank all the people who have stumbled on to my humble music, left kind encouraging comments and liked my offerings. Soundcloud is a wonderful place to meet like-minded people and rejoice in the spirit of a world family who all share the same musical values.
