About the journey :
 This was recorded live at Ηλεκτρον Cafe last Friday in my Down To The Tropics event. So it's a 2 hours vinyls "Down To The Tropics mix". Starting with some Bossa-Nova, Bossa-Jazz and Latin Jazz, then moved into Kompass and Biguine from Martinique, Guadeloupe and Haiti and finnish with some cool Calypso and Merengue from Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobacco. Hope that you'll like it.

As I stumbled over this mix - which I've recorded 3 Years ago for the mehrcast series - by coincidence, I felt like back in the days while I was listening. I totally forgot the magic of so many tracks of that time. So I decided to re-upload these 2 hours of joy.
Music is a steady moving world, always changing because its living, and music is growing, it is a never ending process, because of continuously redevelopment. But, it is never getting bad, at the most it may fall into oblivion, until it is dug up again. Good music will always be good music, no matter how long it was lost. It lets you remember of passed moments and makes you feel that mood you had, generated by those vibes. 
Yes, it will never be a failure, to listen back in time.

Burning Man has happened and therefore there will be a huge amount of mixes being uploaded from the playa over the next couple of weeks. Nevertheless, we have Fabian in charge of providing us some serious grooves from Sweden. He has kindly provided us with his warm up set for Be Svendsen with a couple of alterations for our podcast. This is a wonderful journey to start this month of September in style.
