Continuing to add new talent to their catalogue, Mycelium welcomes ĐIZE to the label for his debut EP called Flora. He is a young musician and electronic music producer from the city of Medellín, Colombia. His first approach to music was through jazz and he had some contact to Berklee College of Music. His experience as a musician is reflected in this exquisite EP inspired by charged melodies that, at the same time, take on a life of their own through flowers. This EP contains three tracks that unfold like a story, starting with Crisantem, with its crystalline melodies and dense basses, continuing with Orgidee, using a voice that evolves towards hope throughout the track, and ending with Florere, a track with a consistent bass, which at the same time maintains restless and illuminating melodies. This spring saw seasoned XYZ contributor Koelle team up with multi-instrumentalist Reza Safinia on Reverie, a two-sided offering which saw the union of electronic tones and orchestral influences into a dance floor affair. As the fall arrives to Montréal, we're pleased to present our biggest remix compilation to date. 6 artists from the broad melodic house & techno spectrum will offer their versions of the tracks over the weeks to come. The second volume of the Reverie remixes showcases talent all the way from Germany to Brazil, with the mandatory stopover through the label's home city of Montréal.

To round up the pack, we're pleased to welcome two of the most exciting Brazilian producers of the moment. Through waves crashing and aquatic textures, BLANCAh & Mariz offer their remix of ‘Reverie', surely inspired by their close ties to the legendary Warung Beach Club. The dialogue between arp and lead synth amplifies Reza Safinia's soothing voice as the tight drums carry us through the storm.

Since 2015 when BLANCAh played one of My Flower's songs for the first time, she has fallen in love with Sergio's Art. "Implicatione" is an EP of three original tracks that reflect Sergio's maturity as a composer, masterfully mixing analog sounds from his classic synths with contemporary timbrations.
