Тож вийшов досить драматичний мікс: десь я відчуваю пошук, дослідження (як спочатку), потім перешкоди, через які треба пройти, далі здається, що все вдається, потім настає відчуття тривоги, навіть страх;, а наприкінці основна емоція — надія. Все як у житті. Я взагалі завжди намагаюся будувати композицію так, щоб сюжетна лінія тягнулася від початку до кінця, і щоб музика мене чомусь навчила: десь вона дає мені змогу розслабитися на кілька хвилин, а десь мене за щось карає».

A new episode of DTF Magazine, this time with Kyiv-based multi-genre DJ and producer Eazy. Here's what he says about the mix: ‘I documented my reflections in it. So a rather dramatic mix turned out: somewhere I feel a search, an exploration (as at the beginning), then obstacles that have to be overcome, later everything seems to work out following a feeling of anxiety, even fear, and at the end, the primary emotion is hope. Everything is like life. I’m always trying to compose a track in a way the storyline stretches from the very beginning to the end, and the music itself could teach me something: somewhere it allows me to relax for a few minutes, and somewhere it punishes me for something’

Athenian Aggelos Baltas has been producing music for more than 15 years, with his Anatolian Weapons project gathering both local and international praise for its bold blend of disparate styles and influences, spanning a wide spectrum of psychedelic and global dance music.

Resident DJ at key points Astron Bar and Bios in his hometown, he also plays regularly at clubs all over Europe, while making acclaimed mixes for platforms and labels like Digital Tsunami, Knekelhuis, Les Yeux Orange, or Sameheads.

In demand remixer, he restlessly re-edits, reworks or brings to life fertile collaborations, with his musical style being praised from respected publications such as The Wire. You can find his latest releases on high profile labels such as Beats In Space, Sound Metaphors, Emotional Response, Invisible INC, Dark Entries, Lurid Music, Byrd Out and Kame House among others.

New mixes comes courtesy of Fotini Kappa aka Pasiphae. Those in love with Greek mythology would probably know Pasiphae is the daughter of Hélios and Persé, sister of Éétès and Circé, bride of Minos (king of Crete), and notoriously the mother of the Minotaur ! Also, in old greek, the name Πασιφάη means roughly "the one who shines for everybody".
Born greek but now living in The Hague, a city that clearly inspired her sound. Murder Capital-like but contemporary sounds, mutant alien funk, horror-fired dancefloor dystopia and skewed electronic soundscapes is what she does best. Together with legendary The Hague DJ Intergalactic Gary she produced "Made Of Glass" EP on Paul du Lac’s "Bio Rhythm" label before flying solo with "Siphax" on Interstellar Funk’s "Artificial Dance". Recently you could also discover her on remix duties for cult greek artist Lena Platonos on Dark Entries imprint. More to come for this rising talent and we're glad to have her on board !

DECENNIUM04 - Nullptr (Central Processing Unit)

For the 4th edition of our DECENNIUM series we bring you an artist making huge waves in the Electro world in recent times; Eddie Symons aka Nullptr (Central Processing Unit).

Eddie's first step into the Electro scene came with his debut release as Nullptr on the highly regarded Detroit Underground label. In 2018 he followed this with an EP for Sheffield giants Central Processing Unit, which received airplay on B Traits' Radio 1 show, and gained support from the likes of Jensen Interceptor, Carl Finlow, DVS NME & many more. Another recent release came courtesy of Solar One Music's Between Places sub label, with another selection of modular-fuelled intergalactic Electro. This year has seen Eddie firmly cement his position as one of the greats in the scene with his 2nd release on Central Processing Unit, his 10 track album entitled 'Future World', which has gained huge notoriety amongst the elite in the scene.

In the last few years Eddie has built up his DJing experience, playing regularly at his Motherchip Connexion events, where he is known for playing a diverse range of electro, from dark machine funk to acid-tinged braindance.

It is an honour to have such a bright talent on our series and as we expected, his exclusive set is nothing short of brilliant, captivating us for the entire journey.
