vi-IV-I-iii sounds an awful lot like the cliche vi-IV-I-V, but I'll let that pass because the production quality and the vocals are both great.  You have a lot of talent.  If you can create some more innovative chord progressions, you'll have something really special.  We all struggle with this, myself included.  Great work!
