Solfeggietto in C minor (H 220, Wq. 117: 2) (yeah they used to name music like we name software) composed in 1770 by C.P.E. Bach, son of J.S.

Skinny Pete plays it in the music store scene in Breaking Bad season 5 episode 3 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQlAmtWHPII) and he makes more mistakes than me.

The instrument is Clavia Nord Stage 2 using a sampled Yamaha C7 grand piano and a few touches of synth.

I took some liberties with it, replacing the chords on the left hands with mini arpeggios, and playing it on electric instruments. I call this take "Electrocution". :-) A little bit Vangelis-style.

The instrument is Clavia Nord Stage 2 using a sampled Rhodes Mark I electric piano set to low and a pulse wave virtual-analog waveform oscillator.

Chopin - Prelude No. 4 "Suffocation" [Electrocution]

After being inspired by Markus Zusak's The Book Thief, I penned a number of themes that I felt particularly resonated with how I experienced the novel. I then vowed to myself that should a movie adaption come about, I would compose the score.
Now it appears that a film of The Book Thief is forthcoming, and as such I feel it necessary to get my work out there. This piece is intended to be the main theme, played mostly whenever Liesel's obsession with books is portrayed, and also at other key moments.
