ĀEMYGDALA was formed in 2019 by two London based DJ's/Producers, Alex and Neill. Since the inception of their project, they have carefully assembled their own interpretation of how electronic music should be considered: uncommon, hypnotic, and distorted. The essence of their work is inspired by transcendent sounds, and futuristic concepts, giving them the freedom to create music with no limitations.

After a remix done for JG Outsider and a contribution to our latest Various Artist compilation, we welcome DJ Andy De Gage' for a release on the label. "Dark Melody' is backed by a stunning remix coming from the fantastic Ziger. A master in his genre, progressive techno.
 The original mix of ‘Dark Melody' leads, laid out across a little over 6 minutes with a bumpy, swinging drum groove, airy pad swells, arpeggiated melodies and pulsating subs.
Ziger strips back the textural elements of the original with subtle nuance while introducing a more low-slung, minimalistic approach rhythmically. Adding a sublime, emotional vocal lines makes this one great dancefloor detonator. An anthem is ready to be unleashed upon the world.

We're turning up the heat at Flemcy Music this December with a delicious techno feast from the magnificent mind of our label leader, JP Lantieri, with superb remix support from Ornery and Ben Tov. Introducing the Opening EP...

JP's original mix boasts an incredible, cinematic introduction that you wish you could hear bouncing from the walls at The Royal Albert Hall, before morphing effortlessly into a profoundly deep, yet splendidly vibrant, melodic techno monster.

Ornery offers a darker take on the original that is drenched in his signature, sinister sauce, and is loaded with immersive and atmospheric, synth and string swells, whilst Ben Tov brings a colourful interpretation for the indie dance crowd with a beautiful, flute-driven breakdown that builds to a bright and booming, hands-in-the-air climax.

It’s been a rather prolific start to the year for Turkish producer Elif. Following the critically acclaimed release of her remix of Husa & Zeyada’s A Little Fun on IAMHER at the beginning of February, the Barcelona-based talent now unveils her first full-length package of 2023, with the announcement of her mesmerising new three-track EP, Letting Go, on Stil Vor Talent.

Due for worldwide release on Friday, February 24, Letting Go marks Elif’s eagerly anticipated return to the long-standing German imprint, following her contributions to the Stil Vor Talent 300 VA back in 2021 with Juno and the label’s 15 Years VA compilation with Entanglement back in 2020.

Kickstarting the EP with the arresting opener Let Go, Elif joins forces with German duo Stil & Bense for an emphatic debut collaboration, as the three producers christen the EP with a sinister, underground juggernaut. Layers of industrial synths and intricate beats combine with rolling basslines and intermittent vocal drops and within seconds you’re locked in, riding the wavelengths until you reach the mind-bending breakdown.

Next up, Elif lowers the intensity for a more playful second single, Sombre. Created alongside long-time friend and recent production partner ,Gespona, the pair toy with melody, texture and tonality across the frisky seven-minute cut, cultivating a unique sonic palate that explores an array of minimal, underground timbres.

Last but by no means least is the resounding finale On My Own, as Elif takes the reigns for the aptly-titled closer. A dynamic solo offering delivered by an artist whose creativity in the studio seems to know no bounds, rolling grooves, shuffling rhythms and warped synthesizers shine front and centre, as Elif pulls out all the stops to conclude another extraordinary release on Stil Vor Talent.
