Four our 13th podcast, we are super happy to host Brooklyn-based artist, Jacob Long aka Earthen Sea! 
His droney ambient, glacial dub-techno and beat tape inspired glitchy downtempo sounds had already gained the likes of labels such as Other People, Silent Season, Kranky or more recently Huinali Recordings & Mysteries of the Deep.  The selector DJ aims to tie together a number of different tangents of musical interest into a coherent audio journey. He offered us a deep journey into Ambient, Dub & percussive elements. It’s through the moves that punctuated his childhood that Mown developed his knowledge of music and his tastes: metal in the north, zouk, classical music and all kinds of pop in the larger cities of the south of France. Coming of age, he discovers electronic music through artists like Autechre, Björk or Daft Punk. A passionate and lightly asocial character, he spends large parts of his student life learning how to mix and produce. Following several trips to Berlin, he chooses a path of self-exile to the German capital and draws his budding inspiration in the nordic aesthetic of the old Soviet buildings and the city’s never ending winters. He continues to explore the hypnotic and introspective sides of his techno. Mown has been compulsively collecting records that he serves out in daring, intense and genre-spanning sets: from ambient to electro and from acid to dub-techno.

"An invitation to Relax"

For our fourth podcast we welcome Adhémar. A very talented French artist whose work you'll have heard on Oslated and Aarden records.

Please read his note :) 

"This recording is an invitation to relax  and relieve any tensions. 
You can follow the instructions below. 
Stay in Shavasana for as long as you want - let go !
Lie flat on the back with the arms about 15 cm away from the body, palms facing upward.
A thin pillow or folded cloth may be placed behind the head to prevent discomfort. A rolled up blanket can be placed under the knees, heels still touching the ground, to relieve low back tension. 
Let the fingers curl up slightly.
Move the feet slightly apart to a comfortable position and close the eyes.
The head and spine should be in a straight line.
Make sure the head does not fall to one side or the other.
Relax the whole body and stop all physical movement. 
Become aware of the natural breath and allow it to become rhythmic and relaxed".
